Thank you John McCain and Sarah Palin

Posted on 11/04/2008 4:30:25 AM PST by DocT111

Let me be the first to say thank you John McCain for all that you have done for our country.

Thank you for running an honorable and dignified campaign.

Thank you most of all for introducing Sarah Palin to the USA. She is the standard bearer for conservatives who understands the American people. She is a special woman who will be the first female POTUS.

Thank you Sarah Palin for being John McCain's running mate. Thank you for spending the time to talk to us and to understand our issues. You are a phenomenal lady, a class act, and a role model for all females in the USA and the world to emulate.

Thank you for a job well done. Regardless of the outcome of this election, both of you have my respect and admiration.

I'll give John McCain for fighting to the finish. He certainly showed he's no Bob Dole. Will his efforts be enough? It may not be clear until tomorrow.

Sarah Palin. You have given us conservatives hope for the future even if we lose today. I'd like to thank Todd Palin for standing by her side.

I'm not giving up though. I believe McCain will win. Then Sarah becomes the favorite to be our next candidate for president. Voter fraud. At least it's out in the open now. We know dead people have been voting in past elections. Maybe that will be fixed by the next election.

If Obama wins, he's got so many scandals to bring with him that he'll make make The Clinton Administration look like the “most ethical in history”. I'll predict he won't get reelected in 4 years.

While I’m still lukewarm on John McCain, Sarah Palin has fired me up like no one since Ronald Reagan. I look for great things from this woman in the future. If the Republican Party doesn’t make her their standardbearer, then they are a bunch of blind fools.

That would be true in the past, but with the modern "new media" that won't be the case.

In fact, watch for Obama to distance himself a LONG way from his Chicago political roots, given that many Democrats don't like Chicago politics. He saw what happened to the Clintons with the Whitewater and health plan fiascos; the last thing he wants is a "ball and chain" of his past Chicago friends to haunt him right through the first 15 months of his administration (providing he wins).

I’ve watched most of her rallies these last few days and she has been awesome. I honestly don’t know how she stays so positive with all of the negative media surrounding her. May God bless she and her family. I swear I would not have blamed her for not wanting to put her family through this. She hung in there for the duration and I’m so glad she did. She just may be the one to save this country!

Very well said one and all.

I agree that the McCain campaign was not brilliantly run. But McCain did ONE thing perfectly and should be eternally thanked for it: he chose Sarah Palin.

I still think that she and her incredible effort, and the enthusiasm she generated, may yet prove enough to get them across the goal line. I think she single-handedly rejuvenated McCain and enabled him to finish as strong as he did.

Behind every successful man there’s a good woman. McCain had at least two of them in this effort.

I have already PROUDLY cast my ballot for the most wonderful woman in the land: Sarah Palin (and her honorable running mate, John McCain).

May God continue to bless America. And thank God for Sarah.
