I knew it was over for Conservative America and the Conservative Republican Party when Bush was elected for the 2nd time. You can’t keep putting RINO’s on the lead horse and not expect socialists to gather close around.

The Bush bots love Juan McCain because he’s another Bush but with the military flavor. They feel safe with the military close by. The globalist twisted Republican Party members are happy with America even though they aren’t in power. The fact that a Marxism preaching communist will be on the lead horse isn’t that offensive to these socialists. They see global powers uniting and that’s just fine. National sovereignty never was a big issue with them. Kalifornia is filling up with illegal aliens and that’s fine with them too. They won’t lose any sleep when US citizenship is raped with another amnesty by Obama and his followers.

Hug your kids and tuck them in with a prayer asking for guidance from above every night because that’s where their security will come from from now on.

Drink tonight, but wake up sober, brother. We have a lot of work to do, and it won’t involve more voting.

I am shocked that they were able to call Ohio so soon after the polls closed.

I noticed a huge early vote lead for Obama out of Cuyahoga county (Cleveland), at the rate of 2:1 for Obama. I wondered if that included the early ballots that were questioned.

It doesn’t matter at this point. They showed a bar at Ohio State University and the students were cheering. Three kids at a table were asked what it meant. Two of the three said they wanted student grant money to increase.

As the south of the state comes in, it will be overwhelmingly pro-McCain, so the final numbers in Ohio will be much closer.

The truth is, though, that I don’t know this state anymore.

Like you say, though, life is the issue. I’ll get to this tomorrow, but McCain was a terrible candidate. Not once did he make life a focus of attack. He didn’t nail down the issue of supreme court justices. He didn’t hit guns. He never once promised to LOWER taxes. He didn’t touch on crime.

In short, name a conservative issue, and McCain didn’t hit it.

George W. Bush: ultimately this entire fiasco in 2006 and 2008 gets laid at GW’s doorstep. His absolutely idiotic, stubborn refusal to defend his actions in Iraq reference WMDs and Al Qaeda got the ball rolling. It is also GW who started the infighting in the conservative base in 2006 with his illegal alien and Dubai Ports and Harriet Miers inspirations.

He’ll get credit for defending this nation after the 9/11 attack, but his incompetence in dealing with attacks on his reason for being there is what killed these two elections.

If we can win WWII in 4 years, then the difference was leadership.

Nail me on this if you wish, but I’m now allowed to say it.

And now idiot Obama is going to pull out in 16 months NO MATTER WHAT. That means that every American killed there in the next 16 months is a wasted life.

My America has gone socialist. Babies will continue to be sacrificed to Molech. God will be angry with this people, and His judgment will come.

The whole system is corrupt.

Right from the primaries, with allowing them to be “open”, and spreading them out, with liberal states going first...

If conservatives are serious about having a voice that speaks for us, we have to find an alternative to the current Republican party.

Sadly, that means money. And time. But if we start now, and work hard, we can make it happen.

It was like a dedicated husband finding out his wife was an unfaithful slut.

It wasn't the chicken sh%ts on Wall Street that brought about the credit market collapse...it was Chuck Schummer. He release the secret report on the IndyMac Bank and when the run on it occurred the crisis began. Then his home boy Paulsen picked it up from there and it was a done deal.

McCain's only hope was to have taken Romney as Veep. Mitt would've added tremendous economic background to the ticket, in fact I doubt that Chuckie would've pulled this stunt with the Mittster on the team. He also would've been a big puller with young white woman. Oh well, Romney in 2012 ?

Republicans can and SHOULD bankrupt these socialist thieves. What do we have to lose? They need to be shown who really has the power. Money talks,

It's hardly worth it to work now (as a second income anyway). It'll not be worth it at all with any tax increases.

This is as true today as it was a month ago. So where do we start? Is it better to start a new party from scratch or ... ? http://falconparty.com/

I'm open to any of them right now. Today for the first time I passed over three GOP choices. I live in Tennessee a GOP safe state. I voted Bawldwin, I voted against Lamar Alexander and for an Independent and I voted against Rep Zack Wamp-R in the same manner. {I had supported Zack Wamp for years} Alexander should have never made it in period the first time. If Bush had stayed out of it a Conservative would have won instead of Alexander when Thompson gave up his seat.

Alexander's bailout vote absolutely clinched it for me this election as it did with REP Wamp whom just days earlier promised to do better than that. I only voted GOP on state ballots. This is the worse election cycle I have ever seen.

Even us political whores like a kiss when it's over.

Can't say it wasn't predictable. Let's blame it on the Birchers for not warning us about the Warren court, or the commie's overtaking of our government schools. Dim times ahead, comrade.Ezra spinning in his grave could be a good carbon offset about now. Prepare for the earth going stupid in real time.

I’m dumping all investments and staying out of the Market until I see the results of 2010 if 0 wins.

Socialism and the resultant big government and redistribution have never improved an economy. We didn't get to a 13 Trillion GDP (with Japan's 4 Trillion being the next highest) without capitalism and businesses being allowed to thrive. I expect our GDP to drop significantly over the next 4 years, with a socialist in the WH and socialist as the speaker of the house and socialist as majority leader in the senate.

Unlike Goldberg's, half of this new book is actually devoted to the solution to reclaim traditional America.  Time to get reading.

My America has gone socialist. Babies will continue to be sacrificed to Molech. God will be angry with this people, and His judgment will come.

I had a long discussion with another attorney today. He claimed to be a Christian. He apparently is fairly active in a Baptist church and attends weekly Bible studies. To my amazement he told me that he voted for Obama. I flat out told him that I could not imagine how any Christian could possibly vote for Obama. He apparently was completely ignorant of Obama's radical stand on the issue of late-term abortions, and the born alive act. He gave me the standard "excuse" that "nobody is for abortion" and that somehow he was convinced that Obama was against abortion.

I explained to him how angry God was at the worshipers of Molech and Baal, and how his anger was stirred by the fact that they were sacrificing their children. I pointed out to him that there is literally no difference between sacrificing your child to Molech and aborting your child for economic reasons. I pointed out to him that 99.9% of abortions are for economic reasons and that less than 1/10 of 1% are necessitated by "rape, incest, or the life of the mother."

I also pointed out to him that God's judgment came down upon those nations that practiced child sacrifice. I pointed out how God utterly destroyed those nations, ordering the Israelites to kill every man, woman, child, God, of course, chicken, and anything else that was living and not to take anything out from the city that he ordered destroyed.

what amazed me was his utter and complete lack of understanding of the issue of the life of the unborn and Obama's peculiar stand on the issue. All he could do is make excuses for his choice to vote for Obama. I pointed out that I could not possibly see how any Christian, knowing the stand of Obama on the issue of life could possibly vote for him for president.

Unfortunately after I was done speaking with him, I was fairly well convinced at that point that Obama was going to get elected. There are simply too many "Christians" like him. There are simply too many "Christians" who think that the issues of economics, the so-called plight of the poor, and the unfairness of wealth distribution are somehow more important than the life of our posterity.

I fear that the same kind of judgment that was brought upon the nations in the Old Testament that practiced child sacrifice will be brought upon this nation at some time in the near or not to distant future.

Apparently America has spoken. Apparently America has made its choice.

This is a sad day for America. To paraphrase Michelle Obama, this is the first day in my life where I have been ashamed to be an American.

(Deuteronomy 30:19 KJV) I call heaven and earth to record this day against you, that I have set before you life and death, blessing and cursing: therefore choose life, that both thou and thy seed may live:

May God have Mercy on us all.

Hubby and I are discussing tonight how we can retire early.

We done that after W. got elected in 04 - we do not regret it one bit. Go for it, and claim every tax exemption you can find in your state.

I think Mitt would've done much better than McCain, since the #1 issue became the economy. But in '12, we need a REAL conservative. Perhaps if Romney's new vision continues for that long....what's he doing now to prove his Des Moines conversion is real?

Someone will start... by end of 2009.

I can guess Mitt Romney will start pounding the living crap out of Obama on weekend talk shows by this time next year.

By then we will have 10 percent unemployment, and people will want to shoot themselves for voting for this idiot.

Biden will have made at least 20 retarded statements, and people will begin to realize that the aneurysm did severe brain damage.

Glad you're enjoying retirement. First - we'll have to change states because we're in Mexifornia. I want to move back to the U.S. Any ideas on good places? (with English spoken, family values, respect for work, etc... I know, I'm dreaming..)
