For the first time, in my adult life, I am ashamed of my country...
my little take on Michelle’s sentiments.
How can they call it this early?
If true than that’s it. Break out the little red books and report to the NBP party headquarters for reeducation in the morning. God save us, because we sure aren’t capable of saving ourselves.
Time of death:6:21:14 PM
Turn the carriers into the wind...launch all planes for the 2nd Conservative Revolution in 2012.
I’m not buying anything until the votes are actually counted.
12% counties reporting. It aint over until it’s over
Turn out the lights. Party is over. Go to bed... election is lost. I’m gonna get drunk.
Amazing what a billion dollars and the MSM media can do in two years, ain’t it?
It was over when we nominated McCain.
The Republican party is dead.
Call for a new party, a real CONSERVATIVE party NOW.
Can we, finally abandon this sinking ship?
Bradley Effect? Oversampling of Democrats? Nope. Nada. Nothing but wishful thinking on our part.
Looks like it's the liberals' turn to run things for a while. Life goes on folks.
All over but the shooting. Stock up on guns and ammo. Use them whenever necessary.
3 words... massive voter fraud. Unfortunately McCain will concede early and the investigations will go on for years.
My blessings and prayers for you that are stuck with this un American Bastard..
Well, two things that are weak issues but serve as silver linings:
1) With power comes responsibility. Any Bush policy that the Dems don’t like can now be reversed. So they now have to stop whining and go ahead and vote.
2) The GOP now better go back and figure out what they stand for. Here are some things they shouldn’t stand for: a) Kowtowing to K Street lobbyists (especially with special favors to connected corporations as opposed to general tax rate reductions). b) jacking up domestic spending. c) earmarks. d) liberalizing immigration.
GWB will be the last Republican president in our lifetime...it may be time to start a new party...the R has lost all brand equity. Would the last sane person leaving the USofA please turn out the lights.
12.5% counted...NOT TIME TO GIVE UP. Really...wait til up over 70% plus counted. There are still variables out there...they are going to be taking some of these ‘calls’ back. Nothing is official yet.
News report just in from Ohio - the lowest Republican voter turnout ever (as a percent of registered voters). In other words - Republicans in Ohio chose to LET Obama win the state.
It’s amazing - I just went to the OH Sec. of State’s site and it has the following:
McCain, John (R) 49.56% 290,172
Obama, Barack (D) 48.84% 285,951
Statewide Precincts Reporting: 13.57%
