B. Hussein is indeed A MIRACLE WORKER - we were wrong...

Posted on 11/04/2008 8:02:42 PM PST by Lizavetta

It's true. I've denied it all these months but today's election has proven me wrong.

An election in which The Chosen One was a participant has miraculously been an election in which there has been

NO disenfranchised voters,
NO broken machines,
NO ballots that confused people,
NO hostile poll workers,
NO polling places that told anyone they were not in that district,
NO poll workers who informed anyone they were not on the voter list,
NO poll workers who informed voters they were in the wrong precinct,
NO intimidation by ICE officials,
NO unconstitutional requirements for an ID,
NO hanging chads,
NO troubles whatsoever.

Amazing, isn't it?

It's only when Democrats lose that we have election "irregularities".

I intend to not say a word about it to anyone I know that voted for Obama whether Obama wins or not.

You are a better person than I. I will probably ask them who they are going to blame now when things go wrong.

But you are right this country needs prayer now more than ever.

Yes we do have free will, but God never gives up on anyone it is always we who reject him.

I don't know how we will escape what will happen next. Obama can't deliver all that he promised. He said whatever he thought people wanted to hear and the greedy and stupid believed him. Do they ever stop to think where it will all come from? It will come from those of us who work hard to make ends meet, often working more than one job. I feel defeated tonight, but I will get up in the morning and slog onward. Like you, I have no desire to see or hear Obama. I will do my best to ignore him for the next four years. I am embarrassed for my country. I hope people wake up by the next election and I pray to God that the Republican party has some worthy candidates for us to support.

LOL
I guarantee that I’m not a better person :-)

Take heart- A severe butt kicking tends to teach much better than a reward -
So what have we all learned tonight?

I will say this though. They will not get an ounce of self pity or anger from me.
Fear no man. God is on the throne.
Prayer is what’s needed - and being prepared in the likely event of “ things going wrong”
I just know I believe God sent Christians to seek and to save whats lost -
Know any lost people this evening ? People who are worshipping a man ( idolotry) as able to solve all their problems?
The lord has a hand in this. Something good will come of it, although I cant figure it out yet and REALLY wish we didn’t have to go through this as a nation.
-Remember- we are to be lights on a hill and God is sovereign.
However, I do seem to recall Jesus telling his Disciples at one point to sell their cloaks and buy swords - that might be wise at this point too.

I’ll bet you $100 he doesn’t have the balls to have his middle name pronounced during the adminstration of the oath of office.

Actually, I only know of one woman that openly stated she was voting for McCain and that is my wife.

Every other woman I know either was enthusiastic about Obama or kept it close to their chest and wouldn't tell me, because they all know I'm a Conservative Republican.

And I live in a Red State that went double digits for McCain and re-elected the one Republican Senator running this time. We did our part here in the great state of Kansas.

Knowing the attitude of a great number of women here, I can only imagine how bad it is elsewhere.

You belong to the solid 40 percent that I spoke of, along with my wife.

Really?

After Rev. Wright, Ayers, Farrahkan, Rezko, ACORN, et. al why would he be afraid of his middle name?

American voters today are so retarded they are PROUD to vote for a man who they suspect is connected to the Middle Eastern Muslims who are trying to kill us. It's a badge of honor in their universe of tolerant multiculturalism.

Did I mention I'm drinking heavily tonight?

What about the troops overseas? Don’t they get a vote? Or are they conveniently forgetting that?

Try “Natural Calm” powdered magnesium. As the name suggests, it will calm you down & put you out. I have a large canister with me right now. Hopefully it will last the night

“You know, I am searching for a reason as to why McCain lost and I think I’ve come up with it in one word: WOMEN.”

AMEN. I talked to a FL early voter today (before the polls closed.) She owns a small, upscale facial salon. Her family split on sex lines - women for BHO, men for McPalin.

She greeted me with, “At least a Democratic President with a Democratic Congress will get something done.” When I said that that was what I was afraid of — and mentioned BHO’s tax policies & likely increased unemployment — she looked startled. (As I am also a woman, she appeared to believe I’d be like-minded.) She’d given no thought to the potential damage to her business.

She made it plain that she voted BHO because she was mad at Bush, for whom she voted both times. (As she & many here believe, it is a tragedy that it was GW & not Jeb who became Pres.) She also mentioned that she didn’t like Sarah. Absolutely no mention of McCain.

My family & I have spoken to any number of women for whom it is gospel that Sarah is a moron. (A beautiful, pro-life governor with 5 kids - & still married to her high school sweetheart - is more than most women can embrace, even if they work outside the home.) Likely they feel the same about Cindy McCain. (Heck, I’ve heard male libs rail ag. McCain for “getting” Cindy & having her allegedly pay for his first race.) No such threat w/sourpuss Michelle O. There’s a reason Oprah is so popular. My mother, one daughter, a female JAG officer and I are the only ones I know who love Sarah.

The PUMA vote was supposed to help McCain.

The Hispanic vote was supposed to help conservatives.

True? Maybe.....maybe not.

How many ACORN votes were out there that the Department of Justice simply pretended weren't there?
