2008 Presidential Election ... chaos ... anarchy
Citizen Wells ^ | 11/05/08 | Citizen Wells

US Constitution

Tenth Amendment

“The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.”

2008 Presidential Election
Phase II

An Indonesian citizen, an illegal alien, with strong ties to corruption in Chicago, Illinois and the Middle East, has apparently won the US general election. Barack Obama, who stole the nomination for the Democrat Party using tactics of diversions, lies, illegal campaign donations, voter fraud and help from idiots like Nancy Pelosi and Howard Dean, is trying to steal the election. State officials, lacking in integrity and knowledge of the US Constitution, and federal and state laws, allowed Obama to remain on the ballot despite warnings and compelling evidence that Obama is an Indonesian citizen, and no legal evidence that Obama is a US citizen. These state officials will have a day of reckoning and will be subject to removal from office and/or prosecution.

Now we come to the safeguards put in place by our wise founding fathers. In the forefront is the Electoral College. The general election does not elect a president. It echoes the will of the general population and serves as a guideline for the Electoral College Electors to vote. State laws vary on how the Electors must vote. However, two things are certain:

* The Electoral College was set up to protect the American public from unwise choices and in the words of Delegate Gerry on July 19, 1787:

“The people are uninformed, and would be misled by a few designing men.”

* Electoral College Electors swear an oath to uphold the US Constitution. Voting for a presidential candidate, faced with compelling evidence that the candidate is not eligible to be president, would be a severe violation of constitutional law. The US Constitution rules. 24 potential Electors have stated that they were filing suit demanding evidence of Obama’s eligibility.

What happens next.

Philip J Berg still has his appeal before the US Supreme Court. Mr. Berg has the burden of proof and standing. This is a safeguard built into lawsuits. Philip J Berg has done an outstanding job of trying to prevent a constitutional crisis. The Democrat party, the states and federal judges have put aside his plea to uphold the Constitution. The Judges, restrained by lawsuit protocol, have some excuse. This does not relieve anyone charged with upholding the Constitution of their responsibility.

More lawsuits and voting challenges will occur, more Electoral College Electors will become involved and I strongly believe this country will be thrust into chaos, if not anarchy, for several months. Some combination of the Supreme Court, Federal court, state courts and Electors demanding proof of citizenship will come into play.

What can you do?

Read up on the election process, starting on this blog, and demand that your State Electoral College Electors uphold the Constitution. Follow the efforts of Philip J Berg and others to demand that the US Constitution be upheld. Regardless of any concession speeches by John McCain, we cannot allow Obama, an illegal alien, to be elected and innaugurated.

Election Law explained and Electoral College Electors

I will leave you with a quote by Alexander Hamilton who, like many of the founding fathers, was “afraid a tyrant could manipulate public opinion and come to power.” Hamilton wrote in the Federalist Papers:

“It was equally desirable, that the immediate election should be made by men most capable of analyzing the qualities adapted to the station, and acting under circumstances favorable to deliberation, and to a judicious combination of all the reasons and inducements which were proper to govern their choice. A small number of persons, selected by their fellow-citizens from the general mass, will be most likely to possess the information and discernment requisite to such complicated investigations. It was also peculiarly desirable to afford as little opportunity as possible to tumult and disorder. This evil was not least to be dreaded in the election of a magistrate, who was to have so important an agency in the administration of the government as the President of the United States. But the precautions which have been so happily concerted in the system under consideration, promise an effectual security against this mischief.”

It looks like Hamilton was wrong.

If there's anything we can rely on more than that the Republicans will just roll over on this and accept an illegal alien as President, it is that the Democrat electors will not care two cents for Constitutional restrictions.

I think if the Supreme Court surprises us and actually accepts electors as having standing, it will vote 5-4 against requiring Obama, the Kenyan, to produce his birth certificate and the inauguration of Obama, the Kenyan, will go forward. Thereafter there will be no further mention of this case in the Propaganda Media.

Why 5-4? You only have to blackmail one Supreme Court justice to get that result and four are reliably going to vote for the destruction of America. Look for Kennedy to be the defector.

Man, it is over. We worked hard but it was not enough. I don’t think any of us or our candidates could have worked harder, it was just not our our year or our time.

We can now look to 2010 and hope it is like 1994 and hope that 2012 is like 2000 and not 2008. Not hope but work.

We're all screwed.

The best thing we can do is to move into the mountains like those kids from "Red Dawn."

F#cking communists have taken over our Republic thanks to the treasonous idiots in Florida, Virginia, North Carolina, Colorado, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and Nevada.

Out of curiousity, do you know if and how deliberations take place with the Supremes? Does Roberts have any influence at all over the other justices?

Now is the time to use this if they have it. It has to be done asap, otherwise there may not be enough time.

Good. He's hiding it for a reason.

I remember when that movie came out. Those were the days when communism was the enemy. Kids today probably would cheer on the Soviets. ;-) Most of those actors probably voted for Obama.

Don't worry. In a couple years, after the Dems have messed everything up, Republicans will be voted into Congress to clean up their mess, and the GOP will take the WH in 2012. In the meantime, we'll have to fight them from the sidelines.

He must have been prophetic. He saw Oboma in advance.

"...the Republicans will just roll over on this... "

Sure they will, because there are so few, real, conservative republicans left in the U.S. Congress. And now that the one is taking over, there will be even fewer in days to come. These ones who are there have been neutered by the MSM.

Look at the bright side, folks. How many FReepers have longed for the day that the Clintons would become a historical footnote. Well, that day is here.

Be careful what you wish for.

I don’t think so on your take of a 5-4 ruling against requiring Obama to produce a birth certificate.

The Supremes FROWN on the trampling of the Constitution. Just look at Bush v. Gore. That was a 7-2 decision (2 libs - Breyer and Souter joined majority), not 5-4 (4 conservs and Kennedy vs. 4 libs).

Breyer and Souter joined the majority since there was a clear violation of the Equal Protection Clause of the 14th Amendment. They put the Constitution over ideology.

If the Supremes take the case, I believe that they will rely upon the concept of “original intent” inherent in the Constitution. The Constitution is pretty clear - the President MUST be natural born.

Therefore, I believe that they will order Obama to produce the birth certificate and then decide the outcome.

Theres another thing ...

The position of POTUS is a federal job.

The Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986 (IRCA) requires ALL employers (in this case, the Federal Government) to verify employment eligibility.

Check out any current Federal Job Application - the requirement is clearly stated there.

Usually it takes 3 pieces of valid ID. Like birth certificate, driver’s licence, and SS Card, although others can be used.

In this case, there is also an age requirement that must be verified - like with a birth certificate.

And it MUST be checked out by the employer.

If they do NOT check, it is a clear violation of the Equal Protection Clause of the 14th Amendment.

Also, I suspect, any employers recently fined and/or jailed for using illegal workers in violation of IRCA would have immediate grounds for dismissal based on violations of Equal Protection and discrimination.

Your other argument is stronger.

Obama will wave it off as a distraction and the offending official will enjoy his new job counting ice floes in Nome Alaska.
