According to exit poll results released thus far, Latino voters voted for Barack Obama over John McCain by a more than a 2-1 margin nationally: 66 percent to 31 percent. The proportion voting for the Democratic candidate is up sharply from 2004, when 55 percent of Latino voters supported John Kerry and 44 percent voted for President Bush.
Latinos are responsible for Obama's victory in New Mexico and contributed strongly to his margins in Nevada and Colorado. In New Mexico, Latinos constituted 41 percent of the electorate and voted for Obama by a 69 percent to 30 percent margin; white voters in New Mexico supported McCain 56 percent to 42 percent.

There’s a sort of justice in this. I’m devastated that Mac and Sarah lost but Mac has always hitched his wagon to the wrong people. He was under the illusion that since the media LOVED him when he was bucking his party that it meant that they’d ALWAYS love him. And when he was spitting in the faces of Americans while siding with the illegals they just loved him. Once they had a welfare king to vote for they jumped right off. The one other thing that killed him was his super-constitutional campaign finance bill. Sometimes it works out that you get what you pay for.

The PUMAs were in the tank for Obama all along. What else would you expect from dried out menopausal hags, homos, lesbians and liberals?
Way to lose an entire voting block of hard working Christians. Republicans came off as bigots and played right into Dem hands. McCain and others tried to tell us this would happen, here’s the proof.
I understand its a security issue but Savage and others made us look like racists. Unforgivable.

Worst part is we still have McCain and Lindsey Graham in The Senate. If we can move the party away from those two, we have hope for the next election.

—this REALLY is the most serious issue. There has to be a revolt in this country against the open borders, etc.
Or perhaps it will take a national disaster coming through the border before we wake up. As horrible as it sounds that may be what we need.
