Sure, for now. I'm fully expecting either Ruth Bader Ginsburg, or John Paul Stevens to retire soon. I think they both had held off, knowing that George W. Bush was going to appoint their replacement, and they didn't want that to happen.

Yes, those 2 libs will retire immediately and be replaced by....other libs.

Yeah, but one of our ‘conservatives’ is kinda flaky and can be persuaded to go with the libs at any time. So if there are two very strong libs added to the court to take the place of the two older libs, they could exert a strong influence on Kennedy.
