But hey, don't feel too bad - here's your booby prize for playing.

I'll bet you have a lot of those chips to hand out. I stand by my comments about your understanging of the English Language. (You obvioulsy understand more Russian than I do.)

Been thinkin the past few days... Maybe the losers of America need to elect a president once in a while so they can confirm their status as losers. They elected Carter in 1976 and we got the Great Ronald Reagan as a result. If we can preserve the Republic until 2010 we will OWN Congress!

The Kenyan Clown is our ticket back!

The proper way for such assurances to be brought to light would have been for the Polish leader to ask Obama to speak about them

The proper thing would have been for Obama to keep his yap shut until he's in office and has the authority to make assurances, whatever they might be.

“He has been great on the WOT, but little else. He could have vetoed McCain-Feingold, he didn't. He passed the prescription drug program, the biggest increase in entitlement programs since Medicare. He doubled the Department of Education program with no-child left behind. Bush has doubled the federal debt. He is not a fiscal conservative. He has also presided over the loss of Congress, including the House which we held for 12 years after the Dems held it for 40 straight years. We may never see it back in our lifetimes, certainly not mine.”

First, I think GW Bush is a great man.

Second... all of this was an attempt to pander the Left to secure votes and power. It didn't work. It never works with the Left. They only advance. They never compromise and they NEVER give up. Republicans who think they can pander to the Left and keep power are idiots and should be removed from leadership.

Bush basically p*ssed Reagan's legacy down the drain during his presidency. McCain Feingold was a disaster. The drug program will surely destroy the American dollar (along with other increased entitlements. And Public education has created the voter base that now believes Marxism is a viable option! Shameful! Never again will I vote for a moderate.

EU is more of a pushover than Eastern Europe. Great Britain will be isolated once again.

Thought he just talked to him yesterday. . .-and that Obama was his usual, contradictory self.

Ambiguities may be ok at the 'diplomatic dinner table'. . .dead wrong approach for a President. WORDS MEAN THINGS. . .but don't think for minute; BO is going to change his 'MO'.

Too bad for us; and won't be long, before we see, very nervous Europeans.

Oh please!

Has everyone lost their ability to reason here at FR?

Obama was called by this fool Kaczynski who then chose to comment upon the conversation they had. If Obama didn't say what Kaczynski quoted him as saying, then it would not be unreasonable for Obama to go on record saying that he had been misquoted.

Being the grandson of a woman who understood what was going on in Germany and scouted out the US in 1936, I am probably more attuned to what is going on here than most, but there will be a time and place to be alarmed about Obama's words and deeds. Maybe his "Office of the President-elect" is a place to start? But this flap with the foolish Kaczynski is not it.

And it has started, He will throw all the new democratic governments under the bus in order to appease Russia, Iran and Venezuela. Our enemies will consider themselves friends aand our friends will feel betrayed.

Isn’t it great with a president (elect) with absolutely no executive and foreign policy experience?

After his Nancy Reagan joke, I wonder if the Obama shared any good Polish jokes with President Lech Kaczynski.

Yup. Take consolation in the preordained fact that Utopia will not be achieved. Obama/Biden could set us up for a huge revival.

Yeah and if I dangled from a bridge over a canyon by one spindly rope around my right ankle I could set myself up to be rescued! I don’t think I will do it though.

And watch Bush quitely disappear and not undermine Obama’s Presidency

I think Bush will do everything he can to help Obama transition in (no "zero" keys removed from keyboards,) and then Bush will go to Crawford and cut cedar, decline interviews and not write books for a while.

God bless him, our 7 years without duct tape and terror fears are coming to an end.

From the article “President Bush’s White House declined to weigh in on the Friday phone call between the Polish leader and Mr. Obama, who will take office Jan. 20.”

Why would President Bush even want or need to get involved?

The leaders of foreign countries that gushed over “The One” will very soon know what a sack of s—t he is.
