From what I know, both viewers forgave him, though one being the cameraman, doesn’t really “count” as a viewer....

He was repeating a previous news report that referred to someone else using the f-word in that report.

Joe didn't realize that that f-word in the report was off the air.

He didn't call anyone that word or use the word directly, he was referring to the use of the word by others.

It is a vulgar phrase, but let's grow up about this, Jesse Jackson used it directly to much greater effect and it was repeated on-air many times by the media because it (the f-word) was so news-worthy in that context.

Speaking of... I wanted to drop numerous F-bombs while watching my TAMU Aggies live at Kyle Field run out of time vs 0U this past Saturday... there were kid-os around so I kept it civil (lots of “dang-its” were uttered by me instead).
