I'm still waiting for the first black French President.

When I went to college in France, I would get all this "How badly you Americans treat the Indians, the blacks!" And I would respond thoughtfully with humility and admit America has had failings along the way, and I'd point out how the French treat the Arabs (at the time there was little terrorism and any Frenchman who had even been BORN in North Africa was pejoratively called a "Pieds Noir").

The French student would invariably wrinkle his or her nose and say "But that is different! They are ARABS." (Rest my case.)

Look at my fellow conservatives! There they go, glumly shuffling along, depressed by the election aftermath. Not me. I'm virtually euphoric.

Don't get me wrong. I'm not thrilled with America's flirtation with neo-socialism. But there's a massive silver lining in those magical clouds that lofted Barack Obama to the Presidency. For today, without a shred of intellectually legitimate opposition, I can loudly proclaim to America: The Era of White Guilt is over...

I agree with your post entirely, the only way “white guilt” will ever be dead, is if enough sorry whites stop accepting and even seeking the guilt. I don’t know if it will ever happen now, too many whites have been too thoroughly indoctrinated and intimidated by society and by this sorry-azz government into either just shutting up or trying to “finesse” the situation by always qualifying their lack of a total guilt complex. The only way we will ever stop it is when we demand that people meet on a truly level playing field of pure merit, and there’s plenty of reasons why that will never happen. There are still fields in life in which you can’t bluff it.

From his own mouth, there we are. The race card isn't even close to being discarded from the deck, too much "redistribution" still to be done, that card will still come in plenty handy in helping to effect it. What people can't earn, they must either take by force or by coercion, and false guilt is an effective form of coercion, when they "guiltee" is stupid enough to accept the guilt.
