Ugh. This is exactly the kind of thing that helps the GOP lose elections.

Idiocy!
I’m glad he has nothing else to worry about.
What about those two border patrol agents that are sitting in prison?

It doesn’t matter. 0bomer will simply write an Executive Order and put an end to all of Bush’s efforts.

Yep, probably the #1 reason the GOP lost close elections in 2006. Poker players tend to be conservative in their thinking and don’t appreciate this type of nanny-statism and infringement of their rights.

It’s not like it’s easy now to fund an online poker account. At least that’s what people tell me.

my leftist sister plays online poker all the time ...for real money....
frankly, this issue and the prayer in school and the burning the flag amendments are what has sunk the GOP....not willing to tackle the big and important issues so we tackle the little ones to make a statement....
I will BET that hussein will rescind this online gambling ban, and then place a tax on it, as well as ebay, etc....
I regret voting for Bush ....both of them....what a waste of 8 yrs....even though Iraq had to be done and we got two judges...so much time was lost...

I am tired of the social nanny state by some Republicans. If someone wants to gamble, I don’t care. It is none of my business because it is legal.
Why not tackle voter fraud which affects all of us? Oh wait, he would have to actually take a stand that we have voter fraud.
Bush can take his compassionate conservatism and shove it.

Talk about Bush idiots. I am a Nevadan and know there are online gambling risks. But outlawing it just makes it go offshore. If you think the war on drugs is hard, try enforcing a ban on internet gambling.
The best part is we get absolutely zero political advantage and a kick in the teeth to boot.

If you haven't figured it out yet, he wants them to rot in prison.
They dared to harm one of his precious mexicans, for that they must pay and dearly.

I absolutely hate it when I am forced to agree with liberals but Bush has made it clear that they are correct with their bumper stickers that say
"Somewhere in Texas a village is missing it's idiot." That moron finished the job his pappy started of wrecking the Republican Party and quite possible the country to boot.

This sorta $#1+ is why I will never give another nickel to the Republican Party.
They still call and send junk mail — to which I reply that I am no longer a Republican. I may vote for a Republican someday, but I’ll never actively support one again.

It’s bad enough you can’t win at a computerized slot machine in a casino. I imagine it’s impossible to do it online. Don’t heat too many stories of people getting rich gambling online.

Bush Moves To Close Door On Web Gambling
More statism from the Bush administration.
I went back and watched his 2000 campaign again on youtube. Hard to believe it's even the same guy. That Bush was solidly small l libertarian. This one sure isn't.
