Mombasa Imam who confirmed Obama ’s birth place arrives in the UK
The Imam who came forward to assist in the search of Barack Obama’s identity left Kenya secretly last night, and will arrive in the UK this morning. He will meet with a US contact person who will assist him in recording an asylum statement in the UK after handing over the documents that caused the blessing of Obama when he was born and to confirm the origin of the name Hussein.
The man will join relatives in the UK because his life will be in danger if he were to return to Kenya after removing the documents from the Mosque’s archives and taking them out of the country. The man has been informed about the on-going case filed in the US Supreme Court by attorney Philip Berg challenging Barack Obama’s citizenship.
When the man heard that Jerome Corsi was in Kenya a few months ago, he took a decision to try and meet him, but had to travel back to Mombasa from Nairobi on hearing that Corsi had been bundled and taken to the airport on deportation orders.
The Imam is the grandson of the late Imam who blessed Barack Obama when he was born in Mombasa on the 4th of august 1961.
While in the UK, the Imam and the American contact person will visit Amnesty International before handing himself over to the authorities where he will formally deliver his application for asylum. The contact man has arranged so that they get an official from Amnesty international to accompany them to the home office desk where he will inform them on he dangers that will face him if he were to return to Kenya after delivering the documents on Obama.
This may now bring to close the speculations on Obama’s citizenship and the secrecy on where he was born.
API will dispatch a detailed letter in support of the Imam’s - application for asylum and protection - to the UK Home Office Secretary later today. The letter will be made available on the site here, but minus the names of the Imam.
Is this a sham or what? Time will tell. Also I hear that there is a copy of a birth certificate to confirm.

berg obtained Stanley Ann Dunham’s (Barrack’s mother’s) medical records because he couldn’t get Barrack’s. She has no record of giving birth in the USA in 1961. But she did however give birth to a bouncing baby Barrack Obama Jr. in Mombasa Kenya, August 4, 1961. She Then registered the birth in Hawaii August 8, 1961. If he had been born in America they would have done it in the hospital on the day of his birth.
Obama’s paternal grandmother said she was present in Mombasa in the delivery room when he was born. Berg has an affidavit from her to this effect.
But, I can't help wondering...Why would anyone go to such lengths if they didn't have the evidence that would affect this Birth/Citizenship issue? What would be the point of anyone putting him/herself in a position of danger, or being exposed as a fraud or having documents that are fraudulent? I just can't understand if there is no issue, then why all this...and, mostly, why the sealed record in Hawaii.

As I understand it, this Imam does not have a birth certificate—who or what court will accept his document as proof of birth?

Personal opinion and that of a few acquaintances suggests that most likely the birth certificate has a different name, to which I say who cares? he should release it already.
The nonsense of articles like these sure doesn’t help anyone take the matter seriously.
If they really exist, there is this new-fangled thing called The Interwebs that allow you to publish audio and video documents so that anybody connected to The Interwebs can listen-to or view them.
Since they have not be published to The Interwebs, the smart money on on them not existing.

API appears to be the Norwegian equivalent of Weekly World News.
But we wouldn’t be getting all this stuff if Obama made his records public. Birth certificate. Medical records. Academic records. How come he gets a free pass on all of this?
The real question, of course, is his citizenship. I frankly doubt that he qualifies under the constitution, or he would have coughed up the documents long since. We already know that his name was changed to Barry Soetoro, so what’s the big deal about that? I think it has to be something really major.
Meantime, I think this article is an amusing way to pass the time, while we wait for the facts to emerge.
Barry, where’s your proof that you are qualified to be President? We’re all waiting.
What I don’t understand is why doesn’t Obama just have the Hawaiian Department of Vital Statistics just produce the dang Birth Certificate, then it all ends!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I bet they’d even let him forgo the 10 or 20 bucks they usually charge since he is the President-elect.
It is hard to know who or what to believe. People, of course, are saying Berg is a nutcase, and he has attempted crazy legal actions be brought before as we know. But why would he do this...against his own Party?
And why would others do things that support his claims...are they all crazy also?
Whatever documents this Imam has, that show Obama was blessed by his grandfather in Kenya right after his birth...will they be real or frauds? Either way, why is he now getting involved? I just can't understand why those who have come forward and are supporting this non-citizenship question, would do this if they don't have some concrete proof that is motivating them. It can't be for political gains, it can't be for financial reasons (who whould pay them?) so what can the reason be that Berg, Corsi, this Imam, the Kenyan grandmother (if there is something from her) would do this? What am I missing?

OMG, the press wanted to know about her pregnancies! Like it is really important to know if her water broke or not and how long she was in labor with each kid.
What amazes me is, I have to show a certified copy of my son’s birth certificate so he can play Little League Baseball and you don’t need one to be President.

Perhaps a suggestion here...but in 2012...for the US Republican primary season...couldn’t we find a “Borat-like” character, from out of nowhere, and just put him up as a joke for the entire primary...and later let him run as an independent? With a thick accent....he’ll keep telling the public that he is American but refuse to show documentation. He’ll claim to be born in Chicago...but never show an ounce of proof. He will be making speeches everywhere but really never say a word worth remembering. “Change” will be his key phrase.
The latest on that if anyone is keeping score, is that he's refusing to provide any updates because people are being mean to him.
Obama Sr married another white woman who lived with him for a period of time in Kenya and did produce one of couple of dozen step siblings to Obama Jr. I can’t help but think that someone is spinning that fact into fiction.
Ms Dunham’s medical records lacking evidence of giving birth really doesn’t mean anything imho. If I am treated for a broken arm in 1972 and treated for broken leg in 1982, one might not find the evidence of the prior broken arm if they are looking at the 1982 record. You cannot prove that Obama was NOT born in a specific place...but he sure could prove where he WAS born if he were so inclined.
I would love for this to be true. But I won’t pin any hopes on it.

How long did mothers normally convalesce after giving birth, in Kenya, in 1961? And then to travel from Kenya to Hawaii - more than 7,000 nautical miles - all in a total of four days? Who funded this expedition?

Birth Abroad to One Citizen and One Alien Parent in Wedlock: A child born abroad to one U.S. citizen parent and one alien parent acquires U.S. citizenship at birth under Section 301(g) INA provided the citizen parent was physically present in the U.S. for the time period required by the law applicable at the time of the child’s birth. (For birth on or after November 14, 1986, a period of five years physical presence, two after the age of fourteen is required. For birth between December 24, 1952 and November 13, 1986, a period of ten years, five after the age of fourteen are required for physical presence in the U.S. to transmit U.S. citizenship to the child.
Birth Abroad Out-of-Wedlock to a U.S. Citizen Mother: A child born abroad out-of-wedlock to a U.S. citizen mother may acquire U.S. citizenship under Section 301(g) INA, as made applicable by Section 309(c) INA if the mother was a U.S. citizen at the time of the child’s birth, and if the mother had previously been physically present in the United States or one of its outlying possessions for a continuous period of one year.

Stanley Ann Dunham was apparently rather promiscuous. That's not a slur, it's a statement of fact. She pursued black men to shock the bourgeoisie, like all good little alienated, radical white chicks did in that day. Most people on FR who have followed this whole sordid debacle saw the linked, pornographic images of her, on other sites or here, before the threads were zotted, presumably photographed by Frank Marshall Davis, in his Chicago apartment. He was already married, so that surname is unlikely. The name on the birth certificate is likely Barry Dunham, father unknown, if he was born in the United States. His race, if he were born in Hawaii, is likely to be listed as Caucasian, again if he were born in the United States. None of this, in this "post-racial," single parent day and time, is sufficient to warrant such a costly effort to conceal this document. That leads right back to his being unqualified under the Constitution.

Answering 1st para: NO- Dunham had not acheived her 19th year- she was 18. Besides, polygomous marriage was invalid in US eyes- though I haven’t seen thorough legal opinion on this.
2nd para: pls give Sec 309(c) and date of enactment. Why in the world would condition be eased for out-of-wedlock?

Former “tinfoil” has started becoming reality at such a pace in this very strange year, 2008, that I’m having an increasingly difficult time dismissing anything out of hand anymore. The time has come and passed, for this to have been an elaborate “gotcha” upon his political opposition. Obama can lay this to rest today, if he wants to. He hasn’t, and won’t, judging from the attorneys in his employ, in at least two different lawsuits still ongoing.
But he was born after 1959, wasn’t he? I don’t know how old the BO is
