I can't IMAGINE why he would have said such a thing.

It is not like 0

Came out of obscurity suddenly

Rose to the top of his party

Was never vetted by a compliant Media

Wanted a civilian police force

Wanted to disarm the populace

Surrounded himself with thugs

And had rivals fade away..

Or anything like that.

Last I checked, neo-Marxists are Marxists.

Last I checked, the NAZI’s were the “national socialist worker’s party.”

Reader, add it together and you get “anarcho-syndicalism.” Look it up. Wikipedia does just fine (until it gets hacked like the Frank Marshall Davis listing, but Wikipedia has defended itself well, so far).

That complies with the idea of building up the ranks of proletariat workers from union cardign, thru ACORN, thru all these programs that Obama and Emanuel have been talking up.

Remember the black and red colors on election night.

Technically, Obama’s training has been as a MAO-ist, not a Marxist — but that -- at most -- is only a useless technicality...they are the same bird with different color feathers.

The problem about this congressman’s statement is the reference to Hitler — NO ONE buys an argument when Hitler's name is raised, except the leftists, and only amoung themselves.

I don’t blame you for going cap crazy...I’m sick of it also. I don’t think these guys realize that every time they apologize for speaking their mind/puss out... they lose votes. Who want to vote for a puss who won’t fight for them?

“TRUTH must be sorry to Obama.” Don’t we get it? Saying sorry will never change a thing about Obama being an idiotic teleprompted narcissistic fascist puppet traitor of communists and terrorists.

If you read Broun’s comments he didn’t liken Obama to Hilter exactly, he expressed fear about where an armed civilian force could lead.

The article reads:
Broun told the AP Monday: “That’s exactly what Hitler did in Nazi Germany and it’s exactly what the Soviet Union did. When he’s proposing to have a national security force that’s answering to him, that is as strong as the U.S. military, he’s showing me signs of being Marxist.”

“We can’t be lulled into complacency,” Broun added. “You have to remember that Adolf Hitler was elected in a democratic Germany. I’m not comparing him to Adolf Hitler. What I’m saying is there is the potential.”

There was a thread the other day where someone gave Obama’s quote from Columbia which was indeed benign and that indicated it might be paranoid to assume otherwise. I accept the quote but do not trust Obama and as Broun says the potential is there.

I agree. Likening Obama to Hitler would be inaccurate, he's more like Idi Amin or Fidel Castro.

He must have been intimidated by the Barrack Hussein-iacs.

I also emailed to thank Broun for not apologizing. Hopefully others will acknowledge his courage.

That is not a gestapo. It is a domestic security force. Please use the correct title. Of course, they use gestapo manuals and tactics but please let us be correct.

Domestic Security Force huh? Hey, it has a nice Socialistic ring to it! The only thing his security force will secure is whatever they can carry from the riot torn stores. Spread the wealth don't ya know.

The problem is (or was) that McCain didn’t even try to pin the marxist (or Maoist) label on Zero, and if he had succeeded, the election would have been his. That is what most of us counted on when we said that Zero would be easier to beat than Hideous Hildegarde.

It’s time for congressman like this to stop apologizing for telling the truth.

Here is what the congressman said. And it is true. Absolute.

“That’s exactly what Hitler did in Nazi Germany and it’s exactly what the Soviet Union did. When he’s proposing to have a national security force that’s answering to him, that is as strong as the U.S. military, he’s showing me signs of being Marxist.”

Very disappointing… Have the secret police been commissioned already or is Congressman Broun simply carrying on the fine old (R) tradition of appeasement. Ever hear of a (D) apologizing for anything? ANYTHING??

There is nothing to apologize for. He is a marxist. He has a lot of similarities to Hitler and even Hitler’s rise to power, his relative obscureness and fast rise, not really having accomplished much, and being elected under hard economic times with the expectation by his followers that he will fix everything, even though he’s short on the details.
