On Today’s Show...

WBAP-AM's Mark Davis filled in on the EIB Network from the Dallas Metroplex on Thursday's program while Rush rebooted his internal fun-drive at the Limbaugh Open. Check out Mark Davis's Stack of Stuff for a summary of the program.

Show Highlight: Two of Obama's priorities should scare you. One is shutting down Gitmo. Where are all those terrorists going to go? (Rush 24/7 Members: Listen Here)
» WP: Guantanamo Closure Called Obama Priority
» AP-Obama: Reports: Kremlin Rejects US Missile Defense
Mark Davis: "Too many American are historically illiterate, and not strong enough of mind or willing to stand up in this battle of civilizations.

» ABC: Biden Meets Cheney After Countless Jabs on the Campaign Trail

Bush never got enough credit for protecting us in the War on Terror, partly because he's kept our homeland safe since 9/11. The scary question is, will Obama?

Rush Flashback: Obama has acted the part of president, making speeches with phony presidential seals in front of fake columns. Libs are now comparing Obama and his aides to characters on The West Wing TV show! (Rush 24/7 Members: Listen Here)

Don't reward failing companies with taxpayer money through bailouts!

Mark Davis: "I believe that Governor Sarah Palin would change the Senate more than the Senate would change her. Let her walk those halls of Congress, folks."

» NYT: At Governors Meeting, Palin Looks Ahead
» UK Times: Sarah Palin Gives Strongest Hint Yet of Senate Run

I find Mark Davis to be the worst of the guest hosts. Actually he is unlistenable (a word?) for me, clicked him off after 5 minutes.

Walter Williams is numero uno & Jason Lewis second IMHO.

When Rush is gone, I go to www.talkstreamlive.com and tune in to Tammy Bruce. She’s better than any of Rush’s subs.
