Those of us over there know what EMS vehicles were used for!
here we go...
Doesn’t matter. There was a DNC Brownshirt activist thug terrorist who was CONVICTED of plotting to firebomb the RNC convention that got NO national or wireservice coverage> CONVICTED. It happened the same week as the Ron Paulian who scarred her face and said some black man did it which DID mysteriously get coverage from day one by the Obama campaign (who even apologized for the suspicious attack).
The media will blackout the stories that are unfavorable to their team. Had people known what went down at the RNC Convention, there would have been fewer voters supporting OBAMA(tm). May not have been enough to turn the tide in the election but history wouldn’t be spreading a lie about what happened in the United States of America this year.
Thanks for posting. I guess none of the MSM picked up on this interesting story. Or maybe it didn’t catch their fancy.
so, now that the ATF added the B in front, they didn’t share in the intelligence, eh?
Read the Stratfor Intelligence Briefing on the plans of domestic terrorists surrounding the Republican National Convention.
Mind boggling....beyond belief.
“The Lessons from St.Paul”
So, tell me, do you see Republicans and/or Conservatives doing such things at the Democratic conventions? And, do you see Republicans storming gay bars to grossly protest as the Liberals do in churches? Seems to me the whackos of the country are on the Democratic drift.
I can’t believe they were picking on good Democrats like that.

After discovering what was inside, I would have immediately backed off and staked it out to see who came by to get in it.
If it drives on the public roads, it has a VIN# and that should trace back to a previous owner. If it wasn’t reported stolen, someone has some explaining to do.
And so did the Israelies. I think the technique was used there even before we went in to Iraq.
The "ambulance" was often accompanied by "Green Helmet Man's" camera crew as well.

So why wasn’t the vehicle staked out in order to catch the culprits? Because they didn’t want to catch them?

JUNE 2002 EARLY : (NEWARK, N.J. : SUSPICIOUS ATTEMPT TO BUY FAKE AMBULANCE FROM MOVIE PROP SUPPLIER) — An attempt by two Middle Eastern men to buy a fake ambulance spurred authorities to issue warnings that terrorists may seek to use bogus emergency vehicles as weapons, authorities said. About two weeks ago, two men walked into Movie Time Cars Inc., a Lyndhurst company that rents replicas of ambulances and police cars to TV and film producers. The men offered to pay cash to buy a replica ambulance, said Joe Sargo, the company’s owner. Sargo, suspicious, told the men he does not sell vehicles to anyone. The men quickly left, but an employee jotted down the license plate number of the car and called police, Sargo said. That triggered a series of alerts to police and rescue agencies in northern New Jersey and New York that terrorists might seek to use emergency vehicles or look-alikes to carry out attacks, said Sandra Carroll, a spokeswoman for the Newark FBI office. She said the FBI knows who the two men are and are seeking them for questioning, but has not connected them to any terrorist organizations. She would not identify the men but said they were confirmed to be Middle Eastern.
Carroll said the information from Lyndhurst police about the incident “was combined with some intelligence that ambulances or police cars may be a target.” Alerts were sent to Bergen County and New York City police and rescue agencies to be on the lookout for anyone trying to obtain an emergency vehicle or look-alike. Movie Time does not have actual ambulances or police cars, but the replicas are authentic enough that they can pass for the real thing, Sargo said. “For all intents and purposes, what they wanted looked like an ambulance,” he said.

SEPTEMBER 1-4, 2008 : (MN : RNC CONVENTION PROTESTERS HAD AMBULANCE LOADED WITH WEAPONS, CRAP...) Numerous Minneapolis-Saint Paul area EMS agencies, headed by the U.S. Secret Service, undertook special preparations to handle EMS operations during the Republican National Convention held Sept 1-4, 2008. Following is an inside account of the experience along with some lessons to take away for future events.
Fake Ambulance Spotted
On Tuesday, the second day of the RNC, a Twin Cities Paramedic spotted an “ambulance” with unusual generic markings in the city of St. Paul. The medic had attended RNC briefings on the need for heightened awareness, and as an Iraq War Veteran, he was well-educated and possessed a keen eye for things that are out of place. The medic reported the location of the vehicle he had seen to a supervisor, who then forwarded this information on to the USSS MACC. St. Paul Police were dispatched to investigate.
Police found the vehicle unlocked, and inside found a large cache of weapons, bags of urine and feces, and related items to cause criminal damage to property. St. Paul Police turned the “fake ambulance” over to USSS. This find was invaluable to authorities and went a long way toward keeping people safe. And furthermore an intelligence report detailing the incident was shared between all the three letter federal agencies including the CIA, FBI, NSA, and the Department of Justice. The paramedic did exactly what his RNC training said he was supposed to do, and we couldn’t be more proud of him for spotting the “fake ambulance,” according to a USSS representative.————Fake Ambulance Spotted at RNC
