Prosecuting High-level Americans for War Crimes

On September 13-14, 2008, over two hundred people from the United States and abroad gathered in Andover. Massachusetts for ... Conference on the Planning for Prosecution of High Level American War Criminals...

Impeachment of Bush-Cheney

... the impeachment of President George W. Bush and Vice-President Dick Cheney was very much on the table ...

Local, state and federal criminal prosecution

...the Brattleboro, Vermont, ordinance that calls for the arrest on sight of Bush and/or Cheney...

One particular scenario ... was to charge Bush and Cheney with murder of U.S. soldiers who have died in the Iraq and Afghanistan war under state law. ...

examined the possibilities for such criminal prosecution in state court. ...

Charlotte Dennett, advised that if she were elected she would consider opening state murder prosecutions against Bush and Cheney.

One strategy ... having hundreds of local DA's of the 2700 in the United States start those prosecutions in municipal courts. These state criminal prosecutions would put pressure or make it easier for a federal district attorney ... including such crimes as obstruction of justice, criminal use of classified documents, etc and the other crimes that typically catch high-level civilians was encouraged in an effort to find ways to vindicate international law rules through the domestic courts.

... common law courts... was examined as a means to turn revisionist international law theory to the advantage of those seeking prosecution... The Federal Assimilated Crimes Acts could also make federal charges on customary international law grounds...

State licensing complaints

Complaints to state licensing authorities for psychologists and lawyers were examined ... to sanction those who are considered to have broken the law and betrayed their professional oaths

I know one thing, it sure is going to put a dent in military recruiting. Who is going to want to fight for this country if you are subject to being tried for war crimes if you do.

We need some sort of volunteer guard force to protect ex-presidents from people like this.

So,, lets just tear ourselves apart.

There is every reason to believe that this is our only option. We will, in the next 12 months, be at war with a leftist regime that seeks to destroy Constitutional government.

And thus is Bush repaid (once again) for not crushing the left and the Clintons when he had the chance.

These are mean-spirited, small-souled men and women who have been doing everything we accused them of *and* every thing they’ve accused us of.

They were going to hate President Bush anyway. They’re gonna hate him even more because they sat and plotted against him/us for 8 years and assume he/we are doing or will do the same.

Here’s the results of my Google of the members of the “Department of Health and Human Services Team Leads”

It has already been too long since the blood of anarchists, communists, violent thugs, wild eyed violent protesters or rioters flowed into the sewer...

It has been due for a long time.....

The delay has only encouraged and increased the size of the threat.....

Violent actions deserve violent consequences.

.

The CIA assessment of Iraq that Bush used was made during President Clinton’s final year in office. It said that Saddam had a WMD program and, quite possibly, a nuclear weapon. Every major intelligence agency - Britain’s, France’s, Russia’s, Germany’s, Israel’s, even the U.N.’s - agreed.

Yes, as it turns out, some of that intelligence was wrong. Even so, reasons for getting rid of Saddam were too numerous to ignore. In October of 2002, Congress cited no fewer than 23 reasons when it overwhelmingly gave Bush the right to remove Saddam.

Will Congress and these agencies all be prosecuted for ‘war crimes’?

.

At some point over the past few months I read a direct quote that Obama has every intention of putting the US in the International Criminal Court of Justice. That could very well be the flashpoint that triggers a Civil War in this country.

There are over a half a dozen possible flashpoints and Obama and his plans stomp all over them.

401K confiscation
Force majeure on the US Dollar by the fed
Republican witch hunts
Gun Control Laws and brutal confiscations
Lack of citizenship and a brazen ignorance to remove him by the federal gov
Marxism enslavement of our children
Citizen National Security Force aka the American Gangstapo
Nuclear terrorism and suspension of Constitutional Rule by Obama

I won't count tax rates because we as a people have never revolted over this in the last 100 years. I'm sure other people can come up with issues that would provoke a civil war or secession from the USA.

The Left is singularly ungracious even especially in the throes of victory.

There you go...

Bush
Afghanistan: 1000 or so (less than 700 American Casualties)
Iraq: 5000 or less American casualties

You are confusing killed in action with casualties.

Rather than get technical, remind the witch hunters that Clinton killed about 5000 Serbs in an undeclared war without UN approval. That should get them.

Let them try...and we may see another ‘first’ in American history: a takeover of the government by the Military if things get out of hand...with plenty of support from loyal citizens...

They forget about the Balance of Power built into our founding documents..

Right now the leftist loonies are riding high and High and they will soon get a taste of RealPolitik if they go too far.

CW II Ping !! The Omabunists are seriously over-reaching if they try something like this. Hopefully cooler heads will prevail. Any attempts to perform a citizens arrest on Bush may well result in serious injury or death of the arresting moonbat. The Secret Service don’t mess around.

I hope so. What's scary is I think these people would not be satisfied until they line us up on a wall and shoot us or herd us into camps. Thank God we have more guns than they do but these people do not let up and if you try to reach out and deal with them, you get a bloody stump in return. I do agree that there will be a point to where we will not be able to live together, perhaps that is passed right now and so far, we do have a cold war between us and them but there will be a point that it can go hot. I hate to think that way, but I have to go along with what I see and it ain't pretty.

The sad thing is the arrest would be carried out by some cop following orders, not the idiots who made the law.

This could happen. And it would be a disaster to the war on terror.

Then again, in order to initiate a prosecution, the treasonist bastards would have to reveal themselves...

“If they go after Bush and Cheney, then someone ought to go after the Democrat felons including Obama and Pelosi and others for treason, Frank and Dodd for fraud and bribery...”

Exactly - this is a drum that we have to beat incessantly and LOUD. We need to get video of the Obama swearing to uphold and protect the Constitution at his inauguration and then point out every little thing he is doing in contravention to that oath. Treason will be an understatement based on his plan in his own words.

> I’d like to see some hayseed Vermont sherif drawn down on GW or Cheney and try to arrest them. The Secret Service’s answer would be Bang! One dead sheriff.

Then you’ve got an even bigger problem: the “Secret Service” / Praetorian Guard is going to be in the pay of a different Caesar after January 20.

He gave financial compensation to the heirs of homicide bombers who killed Jews in Israel; that put him on the wrong side on the War on Terror.
