The only thing I watch ESPN for is MNF..............otherwise they are worthless...........

I'm not making excuses for this lamebrained idiot (or many others on TV that I've had a hard time stomaching lately) ....just saying that we should remember that if an original thought ever crossed this doofus' mind, it would die of loneliness. The MSM has degenerated into little more than beautifully plumed parrots. Murrow, Swayze, likey could be used as an alternative power source as they spin in their graves.
About 20 years ago I subscribed to The Sporting News. Back before the internet. Back when TSN was the weekly mag for box scores, stats, and real sports news, especially baseball. (When Mrs. Henkster was pregnant with #1 son, I read him the box scores while he was in the womb. He’s a baseball nut, played 13 years, runs fantasy leagues, you name it. Sounds crazy but it worked).
Anyway, TSN evolved into the “social engineering advocate” for sports. The stats disappeared. News was replaced with opinion features, most of which pressed an affirmative action/homosexual tolerant agenda. The subscription lapsed.
ESPN is only continuing this same tradition. I’ve seen plenty of games in my 40 years as a fan. I don’t need some talking head to tell me what I just saw. There’s a few commentators I like (Joe Morgan, Joe Buck, Troy Aikman) but even during games I can get by with the sound off.
They should keep OLBERMAN out of football broadcasts.
I always elect officials that are best for the job, I don’t vote based on race, that is not a criterea for public office. Obama is a socialist. I didn’t vote for him because he is going to run the country into the ground.
Perhaps, could the reflexive of this also be true? That those who DID vote for Obama (especially those calling those who didn’t “racist”), voted for him BECAUSE of his race? Are the 97% of the black voters who voted for Obama racist as well?
The lack of logic from these media mouthpieces is astounding. I think if they actually stopped and thought about what they were saying, they’d realize this.
I haven’t watched ESPN since they dropped Australian Rules Football.
