Thank God! Finally someone not just talking about the weather, someone gonna do something about it!
Lead by example Senator Obama! I want to see the White House thermostats on 60 in winter and 80 once the temp outside reaches 70. Ditto for congressional offices/buildings. Better yet, close down the government for the summer like they did in the old days.
Better start learning Chinese, they will buy the Earth.
