I’m working on getting us out of here. Sooner rather than later..
A couple of years ago, we decided we'd had enough of MA, and made plans to move back home to MS. Unfortunately, the real estate market tanked, so we're still here. We have some work to do to update the house to get the best price. Since we're doing all the work ourselves, we'll see the benefits directly of any modernizing that's done.
Actually, we're thinking the Lord worked to delay our departure, because I started having more difficulties with Atrial Fibrillation, which I've had off and on for 10 years, and ended up in the hospital on Christmas Day, last year. I was assigned a Cardiologist who specializes in 'wiring problems' like mine, and next Wed., I'm going into the hospital to have a Cardiac Ablation, which, if successful, will stop the A-Fib, and I can go off the Warfarin, and the BP meds. If we'd moved already, I may have had difficulty finding someone, locally, who specialized in my particular problem. So when I'm all healed, we're gonna concentrate on getting the house remodeled and getting OUTTA here! Good medical care, or no, we're tired of the flaming liberals all around us.
