Huckabee envious of Sarah Palin? Maybe worried she'll de-rail his presidential prospects?

Huck and all the wannabe Presidents see their chances dimming because of Sarah. She connects with people and they connect with her. She's strong, smart and has a spine which none of them have.

Big time sour grapes; plus his Fox show stinks.

I agree. >75% of voting Americans have MDS.

He's fine to watch on his show...he's funny and quick-witted...and, I think the Fair Tax is something to REALLY look at...

HOWEVER...I just can't shake my gut feeling that I don't want him in a position of power.

It’s obvious that Huckabee is using his Oprah-like TV show to keep his name out there. He’s a lightweight who plays bass. I would take Palin, Jindal or even Romney over this stiff anyday.

The only person who was attacked with the same energy was Clarence Thomas, and Palin has that beat !! Huckabee is a lightweight.

I wonder how many people Huckabee could attract to a rally. In Georgia the other day he spoke at a Fair Tax event that had 2000 people, but I don’t think they were there to see him. If Sarah Palin campaigns for Chambliss in Georgia, she’ll draw large, maybe even huge crowds.

I think that is what makes him jelous, too, people actually like Sarah Palin, and respond favorably to her.

“I’m thinking more and more that SP is going to wait until 2016 before running “

No way, I want her to be POTUS while she’s smokin’ hot, not just hot!

redk,

Thanks. I knew that it was going on for some time after but thought that died down. Should have known that they’d stay on it. Which is what we should do with Obama, imo. That ‘bankrupt the coal industry’ should be news still. It will affect a lot of people.

Oh, you were so, so right to ping me!

This looks like a job for Silverback!

That’s a good one, but I’ve always thought of him as our party’s version of the Music man. If he were elected I would expect 76 trombones to lead the Inaugural Parade.

Put Romney at Treasury. We’ll need a turnaround specialist after four years of Obambi.

I caught a little bit of him fawning over Bill Maher the other night, and that was more than enough.

The biggest problem with American Christianity right now is we have too many Huckabees and not nearly enough Billy sunday or Richard Wurmbrand types.

Yes and no.

I doubt that 75% of Americans have MDS. I have NO doubt that by halfway through the 2012 primaries they will, between the gay marriage kerfuffle, the FLDS imposters and the press wanting to destroy Romney because they think they can handle Palin better than him.

My guess is that the Republicans will be begging her to run in 2012 otherwise, the Conservatives will stay home more than they did for McCain, unless ofcourse Jindal can play Reagan and bring them out. We will see how much crowd these wannabes are pulling. They will miss Sarah so much.
