If it was low blood sugar, I would think they could have revived him (unconcious) some what by elevating it at the scene. It certainly sounds very serious. I hope he will be alright.
I probably had that happen to me last weekend. Bottle of beer waiting for people to show up, glass of sangria, Spanish food, half a glass of sangria, then I blacked out a little while after.
And yet again, when I collapsed, I could have done serious damage to my eye.

The really frightening part is that you can tell by the posts that “adults” are incapable of acting like responsible people. I just can’t imagine having so much misguided and immoral hate for other Americans as they do.
Yes, definitely sounds like a stroke. Another report I just heard on the radio said he was slurring words before, so yep, that’s it.
I also heard that it took over 10 minutes for paramedics to arrive. (Not sure if the news people have a good source on that or not. ) Given that delay, it’s actually good that it appears to be a stroke and not cardiac problems. Serious cardiac arrhythmia with that kind of delay rarely ends well.
