Shaking isn’t a sign of a stroke is it? Epilepsy?

Shaking. Not good. Sounds like a seizure. Could be bad. Seizure in someone of his age with no history of any, could be real bad.
If he is diabetic it could be low blood sugar. That is about the best possible diagnosis.
