That COLB is a canard. It really means nothing. Where is the CERTIFICATE with the signature of the attending physician? Time and date and birth weight etc. I was born in 1943 and my certificate has all that information plus both my mother’s and father’s occupation at the time and their race! It was important then and should be important now.

The real birth certificate isn’t the only important question here, I would like to remind everybody. There are real questions about what Kenyan and/or Indonesian citizenship might have done legally to Obama’s American citizenship status.
You can be natural born, and lose citizenship.

Are you claiming he was born at home, outside of a hospital? Because there was no hospital on the Coco Solo Naval Air Station until 1941, five years after John McCain’s birth. His birth certificate has been released. Why don’t you take a look at one of the jpeg images of it floating around the web, and see what it says?
What would a positive result entail? The case is against three candidates.
I’m not entirely certain. It could very well invalidate the election, if both McCain and Obama are shown to be ineligible under the Constitution.
In the event that the SC requires Zero to produce evidence that he qualifies to hold the office and he can’t, does anyone know what happenes then? Is it in the Constitution? Where?
