Petitioners tell prez-elect: Prove eligibility for office
WND ^ | November 21, 2008 | Bob Unruh

Posted on 11/22/2008 3:20:41 AM PST by RobinMasters

Thousands of people are jumping aboard a petition that demands documentation of President-elect Barack Obama's eligibility to hold the highest office in the U.S., not just assurances from party officials.

Within only a few hours of its launch, more than 10,000 petitioners today had joined the effort coordinated by WND founder and editor Joseph Farah.

A report accompany Farah's petition explains the many questions raised about Obama's eligibility, from an apparently fabricated "Certification of Live Birth" posted online to questions about what nation's passport he used during to travel to Pakistan.

I know this story has been around for months, but with all due respect, wouldn’t it be easy enough for Team 0bama to just fraudulently create a birth certificate or other such record and see that it just “happens” to appear at the appropriate office in Hawaii?

As much as we’d like this to be true, I can’t see anyone willing to take this on. Even if he were ineligible, no one would ever decree him so, stating that it would “overturn the results of a national election”.

The US AG (may he have a speedy recovery) should demand this. If the pubbies are worried about appearing partisan by doing so, they are in for a shocker once the Pelosi/Reid/Stalin political show trials commence agains Bush, et al.

There’s no other reason he’s playing deaf and dumb on this issue - he’s hiding something damning to his political career.

Yes, you’re right. I guess I’m just worn down by the Bush administration NOT going after things they should have (starting with the Marc Rich pardon years ago, right up through ACORN and other election fraud as late as a few weeks ago).

Good luck to Joe Farah et al.

If it were that easy, why hasn't he done so already and shown us the paper? He's still hiding it.

Here’s a Kenyan ambassador saying obama was born there.

Best part is at about 12:30. Drag the slider ahead.

The Governor of Hawaii has it under lock and key. She will still release a copy if the normal channels are followed, but she wants to make sure that some other copy doesn't "happen" to appear.

Yep, and the word citizen is glorifying. Plantation people feeling good and snobish about not being of rank of lowest servant of them all is more apt... We have no self employ, just gov work and gov tax back to redistribute proceeds... another word for plantation with communist homosexual gratuities... Slavery with style of perverts, that is.

Divisio communisto classo sine nobilate plays. Mass murder.

Yes, it is not in their liberal insensitive psychological profile to show much real charity in this situation. Liberals are blind worshipers and that is their rectal level “charity” “feelings” hypocritical mantra for the other... a marriage fraud stringing through all chords... affecting all aspects of life... there is no insulation of one note to the other in this instrument.

The One seems sure of it. He would not have pulled this off by himself. He’s too chicken. He has assured a certain amount of assurances from many already before making a step. He’s a cockroach... we shall see how good of one he was...

If you were paying poker with best friends and not even for money, but for jelly beams, and the dealer refused to allow the guy next to him to cut the deck - as perfectly painless and traditional - that would instantly cause all the other players to perk up.

Eh? What’s the big deal?

When an almost president elect makes such a refusal, only a fool would not see red flags or hear alarm signals.

And it would only cost about $10.00 and a few minutes time. As I often said to my clients, the best way to solve a potential legal problem is on the street by, for example, making sure the liability generating accident doesn't happen in the first place. There's NO reason to spend $1,000,000 to fight off a problem if $10.00 can solve it, unless he has something REALLY BAD to hide.

These are the “bail out” days. Bankrupt things can’t go bankrupt. They prop this stuff confusedly until it’s going to fall rock bottom. It’s PC I guess to all go down with the “circumstances.

These whores of justice have no cloth, I fear. Already Obama’s lawyers are pushing against Prop8 with lawyers to cinch the “rectal uncare” creep deal for America. It would solidify and ensure him successful cover up of his foreignness in supreme courts.

Maybe they need this gay marriage thing and then have to pay back into breakdown of this marriage very very hard.

It’s America’s choice: either mary him/her and pay for divorce in catastrophia, the Kenyan moving abroad to set up house, or cut the engagements now and annul this scheme without risk of avoiding disaster.

Many foolish multiculturalists and fooled confederatist democrates, however, have lost their bearings, marrying the South to the Devil, Sweet Home Alabama style.

Well, liberals have some strange pseudo-principles that money can’t seem to pay. They are like the druggy or abused slave woman wanting to take no responsibility for anything at all, completely demoralized. Money is good for them to use, but responsible money handling? nope. They only save when it saves them responsibility in the future. It’s the Devil’s currency.

That being said, many are greedy and follow the numbers rather than consequences. American sycophantism for cheap goods is manifest, a PC inversion of quid pro quo, as in pay for sex. Price decrease is acceptable irresponsability excuse and lure. Price increase raises the opposite.

Of course this is newer in America. Other countries habe long fallen for this and never recovered. Hence the world push for Obama.

True, but an election that never should have been allowed to take place.

Unless the government plays for her, she will leave the deck cut by the dealer himself, making the whole shenanigan a complete choreography one way or another. Whether Obama’s the pimp or the confederate confab of fool lawyers matters not to her: a whore is a whore and all pimps and men are the same to her.

She does not want responsibility for losing at a game she lost long ago, and, thus, she will want to feign she did not know and will let the dealer cut the deck anyhow. Thus she will feel the failure to have the right cards of life is not hers... Eve gets to blame God again, and gets to keep blaming God... leeching on the disgusted devil to the end or so, she hopes at least.

The she of course could be a homosexual man or Adam himself refusing responsibility all along, in the case of the GOP, perhaps.

Perhaps we need another angle. The lawsuits filed all challenge his citizenship, etc. Maybe we need to find someone (not Arnold, but like Arnold) who is excluded by law and have them sue. The challenge could be that if it is not a requirement to SHOW citizenship they should be allowed to run also.

Occasionally the US legal system does some really stupid things, like refuse a Ctizens application to see the birth certificate because of “lac of standing”.

Likewise US Attorneys pressing for the Deat Sentence on people who are known to be innocent. Pure evil murder.

“”with all due respect, wouldn’t it be easy enough for Team 0bama to just fraudulently create a birth certificate or other such record and see that it just “happens” to appear at the appropriate office in Hawaii?””

Even the best and most expensive counterfeit document that money can buy will not be able to get him out of this situation. If he could have planted a ‘new’ document to replace the one originally filed, he would have done so a very long time ago and we would not be having this correspondence since he would have satisfied all interested parties.

Secondly, a ‘new’ document with a new set of facts would conflict with the myriad of secondary evidence that exists throughout the system that would conflict with the document unless all of these tracks were covered as well.

1. His mother’s Passport records.
2. Airline (BOAC) flight lists.
3. His mother’s medical records.
4. HI Hospital records.
5. HI Dept. of Education records.
6. His medical records.
7. His school applications.
8. Records sealed in Kenya.
9. His Passport file. (The original file may still exist, regardless of the fact that his file was breached by his operatives on 3 occasions early this year recalling the CNN news report on March 22, 2008.)
10.Copies of the original document that possibly exist in British or Indonesia government files.

Gemsbok, I’m with ya, but I just truly believe that if there was anyway to have him disqualified for POTUS, the Clintons would have done so! The world is so much in love with this guy that they will make all of the records you cite “unavailable”, unable to be found, etc.

And look at all the lower courts who have found anyone who challenges his records without any “standing to sue”!

Let’s hope that somehow the issue of his citizenship is settled once and for all. But we’ve got a world of people (including our court system) unwilling to cooperate, so far, at least.

Yes, especially since it’s everyone’s neck on the line.

As for Bush, I don’t wish any evil on him, but he should have done a lot of the things he’s doing now a long time ago.

I wonder if Bush and Cheney have retreats ready for their families. Besides, isn’t the Secret Service required to protect him, not turn him in to Obama or any other president?
