In an MSM eager for the dawn of the Age of Obama, Kate Snow may have taken the cake. The weekend GMA co-host almost sounded as if she were calling for some kind of coup d'etat, musing whether Obama should do something to "force" change before he officially takes office. How over the top was Snow? She had to be talked down from her fin de regime fantasy but none other than . . . Paul Krugman.
ABC reporter John Hendren set the tone for the notion that time is dangerously a-wasting.
JOHN HENDREN: As with Hoover and FDR, the ideological gap between Bush and Obama could be too broad to bridge, leaving us with two more months of costly economic drift.
A little later, interviewing Krugman, Snow made her stunning suggstion.

It is my guess that, if this country has eight years of OBAMA, the current NOT-QUITE PRESIDENT-ELECT YET, by the end of that, many of the present day “journalists” who have worked so hard to make him a shoo-in may well be joining the ranks of the unemployed.
The reason they are in such a hurry for Obama to be sworn in is that they know he is hiding his proof of citizenship.

Tom Brokaw on Meet the Press this morning was also repeatedly calling for the overthrow of the government in his interview with Joe Lieberman. Tom lectured me and Joe that George Bush needs to step down now so that Barry can take total control. Tom says that we can’t wait until January.
Tom also lectured me and Joe that we need to apologize for saying things during the campaign that might have been damaging to Barry. When Joe said that he would not apologize, Tom was very unhappy and it was clear that Joe was not pleasing Tom. The network anchorpeople are all rushing to say the right things so that Barry and Paul Krugman are satisfied.
Poor Tom and Kate are not the sharpest tools in the shed. Why aren’t their producers giving them coherent scripts for them to read off the teleprompters. Left to improvise they reveal that they have the logic and temperment of children.
December 5 is the date for the Supreme Court.
