I have read his report. Excellent!!! What got me regarding the seal and registrars stamp is that they are 2008 stamps not 2007 stamps. Outstanding.
His report is long, but well worth the time.
I think he did send copies of his report to the parties. Not sure though.
You know at first I thought this was a bogus situation, but the more I read the more I am convinced there is a legitimate question regarding this issue.
If anything, it has given me an insight to how these candidates are vetted. This is clearly the case of the right hand does not know what the left hand is doing!!

Which any normal American does to get a passport or social security card! (No, I hear in Maryland you cannot get a passport with a COLB)
In 1961 they did not give COLB’s out. A COLB is a modern summary document, also known as a short form birth certificate. It will look nothing like a 1961 or any years original birth certificate. That is why lawsuits are filed to get Obama to release the original.

I was afraid that perhaps the One was saving the REAL BC to use just before the election and make his enemies look stupid. Since he didn’t, I think he’s not a natural born American. Praying.
