Kenyan Ambassador Peter N.R.O. Ogego is saying he's "infuriated" by a radio program's efforts to "misquote" him on the subject of President-elect Barack Obama's birthplace – but he refused to confirm whether Obama was born in the United States.
In an exclusive interview with WND today, Ogego was specifically asked whether Obama is a natural-born U.S. citizen.
"I don't know," he said with a tone of irritation. "You should ask your government. I know his father is Kenyan."
He continued with a rhetorical question: "Obama is an American, isn't he?"
On Nov. 6, only two days after the election, Detroit radio talk-show hosts Mike Clark, Trudi Daniels and Marc Fellhauer on WRIF's "Mike In The Morning" called the Embassy of Kenya in Washington, D.C., to speak with Ambassador Ogego...

Nothing will happen on this. However I also believe we must never give up pushing this issue - even after he is sworn in. We should make as much noise as possible. Those two statements are not incompatible BTW.
As far as I am concerned he is guilty until he proves where he was born.

Just everyone pray, God has our backs, he never takes you to anything he won’t bring you through...I cannot bring myself to be respectful to a POTUS who won by lying, cheating and stealing and BUYING his way in...it was not fair and square in any way...he is a fraud. But he was able to deceive half the country with the help of the drive-by media-—people have no idea what they have done...it is sad but we have to keep our faith in God, we will be fine.
I would sincerely hope that my communication to him ran straight to target. It's not like me to miss.
And, for your information, I got what he said clearly. His aim is also true, though I disagree with what he's saying.
I also got the fact that he wishes things were otherwise, so I know that he's not anything other than resigned to a future that he, and we, are perfectly capable of thwarting.
What I rail against here is the defeatist mindset, which postulates that we are powerless to affect our own future, and that "all is lost", "there's nothing that can change it now", "it's over", "live with it", etc.
Those things will certainly become reality if we all succumb to that mindset and go into agreement with them.
Yes, there is a chance that our government will violate its bedrock charter and allow Obama to assume the Presidency because, well, he wants it.
For now, that's simply a possible outcome. But it is an absolutely assured outcome, if every patriotic American falls into the apathy I've seen expressed here by some.

We will have to push again to raise awareness of the awful constitutional and moral situation our country is in.

Stop the Obama Constitutional Crisis
When you were first elected and as tradition requires you have sworn the oath: “I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter: So help me G-d.”
Article II, Section 1 of the U.S. Constitution reads: “No Person except a natural born citizen, or a citizen of the United States at the time of the adoption of this constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any person be eligible to that office who shall not have attained to the age of thirty five years, and been fourteen years a resident within the United States.”
There are numerous questions as to Obama’s citizen status raising suspicion and doubt about Obama constitutional qualification to be president. To settle these questions Mr. Obama must produce proof of citizenship!
Documents that must be produced include;
(a) a certified copy of “vault” (original long version) birth certificate;
(b) certified copies of all reissued and sealed birth certificates in the names Barack Hussein Obama, Barry Soetoro, Barry Obama, Barack Dunham and Barry Dunham;
(c) a certified copy Certification of Citizenship;
(d) a certified copy Oath of Allegiance taken upon age of maturity;
(e) certified copies of admission forms for Occidental College, Columbia University and Harvard Law School; and
(f) certified copies of any court orders or legal documents changing his name from Barry Soetoro.
It is reasonable that these documents should be produced considering that his father is Kenyan, his adoptive father is Indonesian, and his grandmother claims to have been present at his birth in Kenya. If he is a natural born citizen then producing these documents should not be any problem.
These allegations will not go away until Mr. Obama produces proof to federal authorities and the public. If he will not do so voluntarily he must be compelled by every means available. You, as an employee of The People, have sworn an oath to support and defend the Constitution.

So we all voted Nov.4 - yet the obamination has slipped through. We have to keep the pressure on the courts, our reps, and the electors as much as possible. We have got to email/write and call them AGAIN to keep this fight alive.

Yes, I did my part on election day. I don’t think that my duty begins and ends in the voting booth.
I spent 8 years as an Army Reservist and defended my country and its freedom and liberty in an obvious way. I swore an oath to protect my country against all enemies, foreign and domestic. I didn’t abdicate that duty when I left the service. I continue to support my country in the work I do. All of us who are productive citizens support our country.
Rolling over and taking whatever is dished out is not supporting my country. Continuing to challenge the lies of the left and the lies of the media is. You say you can’t draw any line, but you can. It is your choice where to draw it.
There is always a line. If your neighbor is grumpy, do you draw a line? How about if he uses foul language? How about if he uses it in front of your kids? How about if he makes threats? How about if hits you? How about if he hits your kids? Somewhere there is a line.
In the case of Obama, if it’s true that he is not a citizen, we are talking about violating the Constitution in a flagrant manner. If he gets away with that, he will push further and further until he is stopped.
What can you do? At the very least you can adopt an attitude of outrage. You continue to state publicly and rationally that his behavior is unacceptable. The left takes advantage of the fact that repeated lies become accepted as truth. We should at least continue to repeat the truth until it becomes accepted as truth.

I respectfully request that you consider reviewing Docket No. 08A407 Leo C. Donofrio, Applicant v. Nina Mitchell Wells, New Jersey Secretary of State.
Our Constitution in Article II Section 1 Paragraph 5 states “No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President”.
Mr. Donofrio represents a considerable number of citizens noting the conspicuous failure of the presidential-designate to produce sufficient proof of compliance with the above constitutional requirement.
The work of Mr. Ron Polarik has shown all Certificates of Live Birth to date to have been forgeries.
Thank you for your consideration of this extremely critical matter.

That's just what they want you to do: give up before they are forced into choosing one side or the other on the matter.
The whole purpose of this is to force those who have raised their hand to defend the Constitution to actually do it and prove that they are worthy of the office that they hold -- OR by failing in their duty to prove that they have sworn falsely and are thus unworthy of the office that they hold.
They want us to give up and sit down and shut up so that they don't have to make a tough decision, the kind of tough decision that they are all paid to make and that they swore on the Bible before God and the people to make along the lines of the Constitution. They all need to do their duty before God or resign.

While our Constitution unfortunately does not prohibit a Marxist from assuming the office of POTUS, it does prohibit a Marxist who is not a natural born citizen from assuming that office.
220 years ago our forefathers gave us the ammunition to be used to protect the Republic from just this kind of coup. That ammunition is the phrase "natural born citizen".
Use it or lose it.
So we should all crawl into our basements and hide??? Go ahead — go duck and cover and see if that will save you in the day of trouble.
