The Open Letter to Mr. Obama is a formal Petition for a Redress (Remedy) for the alleged violation of the “natural born citizen” clause of the Constitution of the United States of America.
Mr. Obama is respectfully requested to direct the Hawaiian officials to provide access to his original birth certificate on December 5-7 by our team of forensic scientists, and to provide additional documentary evidence establishing his citizenship status prior to our Washington, D.C. press conference on December 8.

I like the Tribune, especially John Kass and his column.
Unfortunately I think Mr Obama is going to say “Ixnay!” to the request to show his certificate, even if it is made in the good ol’ Trib.
He has nothing to gain and everything to lose.
Well, gee, that add is a killer. Considering the affidavit claims that the interview was done in a language Obama’s grandmother doesn’t speak and conducted in a village she doesn’t live in; the Hawaiian authorities certify they have his original birth certificate on file; the tape of the grandmother is a mystery; his mother never had Kenyan citizenship; and the claim that she could relinquish citizenship on Obama’s behalf is completely false, why shouldn’t Obama fall all over himself to comply with their request?

You really think he cares what you print in the media? He’s banking on the courts and the Electoral College to ignore the whole issue. If they do this, maybe Russia is right. Our country will split up and we’ll loose everything our forefathers lived and died for. Our country is a fragile society. It was meant to be that way to, hopefully, keep the people involved and not to turn it over to politicians.
Yes, and after all only a real respected Constitution has a natural born citizenship provision that need be respected. Those in a tizzy over Comrade Obama's birth status fail to recognize that we are now governed only by a "living breathing" Constitution. And, since the Communist won, the sheeple have spoken.

I am amazed/overwhelmed at the volume of articles coming out daily on this caper—some bordering on Nat’lEnq level (but who knows!) and some others seemingly hard to disbelieve—but still chiefly Internet sources—but the word is getting out, win or lose, hopefully, we the folks will get the word!

He won't say no. At most he'll have his lawyers write another open letter saying why We The People has no "Lawful Authority" to even ask. More likely though, the Head of the Office of the President Elect will just ignore it.
I will not argue that you're wrong, but this seems flawed, since Biden was not running as President, hence perhaps McCain would have beaten Biden, had it been him running and not Obama.
Logic dictates the CANDIDATE has the burden. Barry is saying: “America, you doubt, you prove... and, by the way, you can;’t see the document.”
Who is this pompous *ss think he's kidding? Arrogance beyond belief.
Look at the shape of the “new” administration. Hope and Change? Nope... Clinton/Bush with McCain next in line if SCOTUS determines Barry is not qualified to serve (see Article XII of the United States Constitution). The establishment knows Barry is going down on this one. He's unqualified to serve. McCain is next in line with Biden as VP. It will be billed as a Grand Coalition government with Hillary as S of S (without actually having to show Bill's List.
And... the dance goes on...
