The Open Letter to Mr. Obama is a formal Petition for a Redress (Remedy) for the alleged violation of the “natural born citizen” clause of the Constitution of the United States of America.
Mr. Obama is respectfully requested to direct the Hawaiian officials to provide access to his original birth certificate on December 5-7 by our team of forensic scientists, and to provide additional documentary evidence establishing his citizenship status prior to our Washington, D.C. press conference on December 8.

What the Tribune says? This is not what the Tribune says, it’s an ad placed by the Canada Free Press. We don’t have a free press in the US. Our press is a Pravda type arm of the Democrat party.

I think the aim is to toss this into the media, to heat up the waters. Sadly, the media whordeom will spin the issue to be ‘those opposed to the messiah must prove he is not eligible’, which of course is the exact opposite of the truth since this affirmative action hire is seeking the position of President and is thus being hired by We The People so he is obligated by the Constitution he is expected to swear to uphold. I’m learniing to hate this Marxist squirrel and his criminal minions because of what they are in the process of doing to MY REPUBLIC in order to ascend to highest power over We The People. But then, if the Republic can be so easily taken over by manipulating so many black people and clueless liberals, let it die, eh?

“Hawaiian authorities certify they have his original birth certificate on file” ... So tell us, where was he born? Because the Hawaiian officials careful avoided revealing that and instead obfuscated for the Marxist messiah.
There a risk of that, but I don't think so. He probably would have devoted more space in his book and elsewhere if the details were there to add texture to the Obama life story. The other thing is the posting of the "birth certificate" on the Internet, which team Obama probably thought would end the speculation about his qualifications.

Well Gee, Hawaii has said they have a copy of his birth certificate. They NEVER said what his status is as relates to his origins.
The goal is to find him in jeopardy by way of citizenship or falsifying his applications to Occidental and Harvard.
Which begs the question, "then why won't he release his birth certificate?"
None the less, why spend it on something so insignificant as a birth certificate...unless it shows that you're unqualified and keeps you from becoming the POTUS? He's definitely hiding something.
I wear my tinfoil hat a lot these days and wonder if there is something behind the rather sudden demise of his beloved grandmother. She's one of the last people who would know his true history and now she's gone.
I’ve read another take. Since Obama was not eligible to run for POTUS, then the entire ticket is non-eligible. Succession cannot run from someone who is not eligible to be POTUS in the first place to the person who was VP on the same ticket, that reasoning goes.
The take I read was that succession would go to the person who got the next highest number of votes for POTUS, that being McCain.
If the SCOTUS were to rule that even McCain was ineligible because he was born in Colon, Panama and not in the U.S., then what would happen - Pres. Bob Barr. I don’t think so.
In order for the SCOTUS to rule that Obama was ineligible, they would have to rule in a way that would either make Biden legitimate or else make McCain legitimate.
SCOTUS doesn’t want to get into this fight, I’m sure, as they will again be charged with deciding the election.

Constitutionally, IF it is revealed before December 15 (when the Electors actually vote and choose a President-Elect) that he is not eligible to be POTUS, then the Electoral College must choose from the remaining candidates for the Office of President. So it would be between Nader, McCain, and Barr.

The citizenship issue could unravel every aspect of Obama's life. There's a reason why its so hard to connect the dots with this guy; the citizenship issue seems to be at the center of it all.
