We’re not asking anybody to overturn the election. We’re just asking that 0 not be permitted *serve* as POTUS if not natural born.

Good point. The election between the parties is a done deal but if Zero can't serve we'll get another democrat who can.

I don’t mean to spoil the party, it’s fun stuff. Enjoy! keep digging.

The secret to beating Obama will be strategy. Democrats tried the court route for many issues and very few of those worked(mostly terrorist rights). It was Pelosi’s carefully controlled constant ‘attack GWB on issues/news events’ strategy. ‘Carefully controlled’ meaning keeping the ‘impeach Bush’ crowd :Sheenan, Conyers, Dennis Kucinich down.

I am dying to see elected Republicans start thinking politically. Dems do everything political, but well. Our side seems clueless.

“We’re not asking anybody to overturn the election.”

Officially, he hasn’t been elected yet. That won’t happen until the Electoral College acts. When is that? Dec. 15, or some time in January?

Anyhow, that would give SCOTUS some wiggle room if they were to act ASAP.
