Leo will be on Plains Radio tonight at 11 pm EST and may have some updates on his case at SCOTUS plus other cases. Leo's case against the Sec of State in NJ is force NJ to determine if Obama is eligible.

Well it looks like the SC state board of election commission may be asking the SC DNC for proof that Obama is eligble. As of Nov. 25, 2008!
He wants to know if SC went for Obama or not

Cort’s case was denied by Ginsberg and Cort is going to Scalia now. It will be at SCOTUS Monday morning.
No, it was just a case from another attorney named Berg. I only brought it up as a comparison to the entry about Thomas referring the case.
