Some Republicans in Congress aren’t enthused.

“Growing Washington with runaway spending is not change, it’s more of the same,” Senator Jim DeMint, a South Carolina Republican, said in a written statement. “If federal spending actually created economic growth, our economy would be booming right now. We are trillions of dollars in debt and Obama’s massive new spending program threatens to send our nation over a fiscal cliff, leading to higher taxes and fewer jobs.”

Before being so critical, read through these articles. Free Republic Obama Birth Certificate Articles

It is fishy. Obama just needs to Show us the Birth Certificate. The real one. His lawyers won't submit the one that snopes, kos, fightthesmears and factcheck keep pawning around.

This is about protecting our Constitution.

A republican with a spine?....I think not! I doubt it very much this Governor would have enough walnuts to ask for proof of birth place...I really doubt it! At this moment I have lost faith in our party, the only one who has bowling balls of steel is Palin!

From CBS: With all precincts reporting, Obama had 55 percent of the vote, more than doubling Clinton, who came in at 27 percent. Edwards, who was born in South Carolina, finished with 18 percent support. Obama also gained 25 convention delegates, Clinton won 12 and Edwards eight.

Berg is the PA, Case. His was the first to make it to the SCOTUS> Berg vs. Obama, DNC (Dean named), Fec. FEC is not fighting it and Dean has resigned. IIRC Response due tomorrow from plaintiffs.

Berg’s mistake is went through the Fed Courts instead of PA state courts like Leo in NJ state courts.

No, you don’t understand. I was doing a search on that Berg and up came ANOTHER Berg. As I said, it is an unrelated case ...not the same Berg....and the only reason I brought it up was for procedural comparison.

ON PLAINS RADIO ...

APPARENTLY, the South Carolina Board of Elections has contacted the DEMS demanding that they provide documentation that Obama was eligible to be on the ballot.

IN SC, the State political parties declare (and swear) that their candidates are eligible ...

“How come he is saying South Carolina might not matter...is that only if the Supremes agree to hear arguments?”

Prolly cuz McCain won SC ...

However, if SC investigates AND determines Obama was ineligible, sh*t is going to hit the fan ...
