US Killing Its Own Constitution

Of course, all of these constitutional issues pale in comparison with the controversy that continues to simmer around Barack Obama’s place of birth. Contrary to what his supporters claim, Obama has never produced his original birth certificate. What he has offered is a “Certificate of live Birth” which does not name the doctor or hospital who delivered him, only registers his birth. There are now lawsuits in over a half dozen states calling on election officials not to certify Obama’s electoral votes until the questions are resolved. Rather than produce the document and silence his critics for good, Obama continues to stonewall, refusing to unseal his birth certificate.

Not to mention the fact that his sister, Maya Soetero-Ng also has a Hawaiian COLB (Certificate of Live Birth); yet they admit that she was in fact, born in Indonesia.

If it is proven that Obama was not born in this country and thus is obliged to relinquish his claim on being elected President, expect there to be massive race riots rivaling of 1968.

The press, the media elites and the Demagogues have anointed the Chosen One and that’s that. Obama has already said explicitly that he regards the Constitution as an impediment more than anything else.

Now we know why.

And, we’ve already shared massive amounts of high-level intelligence with him and his entourage.

Kentucky is a red state with no shortage of conspiracy theorists and unusual politics, so it’s no surprise that what might be the first post-election court challenge to Barack Obama’s qualifications to be president comes from a Whitley County truck driver...

I would venture to guess that they would surpass that by a mile. This Constitutional crisis wrought by Obama and the economic downturn could give this Civil War scope.

It's not like Obambi would be blameless - he WAS a Constitutional Law professor, and knows full well what his lying actions will wreak. Ignorance will not be an excuse.

He seems to know very well what he has done, his legal firm is trying to overturn this, his people are looking to change the Constitution... but it's too late.

He is going to make this a national crisis.

I don´t understand how he has gotten this far without the person who´s job it is to check this having checked it yet.

I am inclined to believe it´s too late. This should have been done before. We voted. This has the same feel to me as when people tried to claim Bush didn´t win after he did. Should have been done long ago. I don´t see the positive outweighing the negative at this point. Is the social unrest really worth it? Will McCain be worth it? Let´s rebuild our party, and let Obama have his run.

So what?

If he's ineligible, he's ineligible. It doesn't matter who files the lawsuit. They're right.

What's the point of disparaging the person just because of how they earn a living?

In 1955 I had to produce a birth certificate for a security clearance from the US Govt. and have an FBI background check.

I was born in Boston, Mass. Both my parents were born here and were US citizens.

Nowhere on my birth certificate is a doctor, hospital or religion mentioned; or a line provided for that info.

I was surprised to see that the occupation of the parents was required on the birth certificate-also the race.

Birth certificates will vary from location and the period of time involved.- tom

It’s almost like zero has left a cigarette butt at the scene of a crime and nobody is willing to test it for the DNA.

You have to remember that “Constitutional Law” has very little to do with the actual Constitution,

and everything to do with “case law” (ie, distortions) concerning the Constitution.

You don't see saving constitutional law as worth it at this late date???? Wow. Why do you think you will have a chance to “rebuild OUR party” if we have no constitution?

Nobody in America understands what it is like to life in a society ruled by men, rather than by law. Unbelievable!

You may be willing to put it to rest but even if there is one person that doesn’t agree with you (and there are many) this will be a huge issue later on. You think it would be bad now just wait. Every action that Obama takes will be challenged, not only by Americans but by other countries as well. It really is a constitutional crisis that needs to be resolved!

I am not intimidated with threats of mass riots. Once we give in to that, we are no better than a country without law or order. We should expect our police force to use FORCE on any rioting crowds like that, post haste.
