Make the media cover the story of the century

One of the most often asked questions regarding whether or not Barack Obama meets the constitutional requirements for the office of president is: "Why hasn't the 'mainstream' media covered this?" Good question.

Well, one thing we found out in the last election is there isn't anything "mainstream" about the "mainstream" media. There is no longer any doubt about their pro-Obama bias – even the Washington Post came out and admitted it. If it weren't for WorldNetDaily, a few radio talk shows and some blogs, we wouldn't even know about the constitutional crisis we're in. Interestingly, these are the first things on the chopping block in an unchecked Obama administration.

Look, we're not asking for the world here. Neither is the Constitution. Some pretty basic requirements like being 35 years old, having 14 years residency in the United States, and being a natural born citizen. When Sen. John McCain was questioned about it, he showed his birth certificate without hesitating. When Barack Obama was asked by courts, including the U.S. Supreme Court, he ducked and hid behind the right to privacy.

Ironically, when Obama was running for the Illinois Senate, he won by disqualifying every candidate who ran against him in the primary, including a guy who had been through a nasty and salacious divorce. Even though he had a small child who could be hurt by the information being made public, a court decided that the public's "right to know" outweighed this poor fella's right to privacy, and he backed out. Obama clings to the "right to privacy" regarding his own qualifications, just not his opponents.

Sign the petition to demand the release of Barack Obama's birth certificate.

The second most-asked question ...

Obama seeks to, in his own words, “break free from the essential constraints that were placed by the Founding Fathers in the Constitution.”

He is a member of an American hating Socialist social club that naively wants to do something exciting and historic, like destroy our constitution. They don’t know the hell they would release.

The media has always been pro-liberal. It just used to be they try to pretend to have some impartiality. Today, they are just in full blown unappologically liberal.

The left see the Constitution as a “living document”. This means the pick and choose what parts of it they will follow based on their agenda.

Obama was elected. Even if you had a sworn statement by Obama himself, along with a video tape of the signing of the statement, saying Obama realizes he is Constitutionally ineligible to be president, the left would ignore it. The Republicans would roll over and declare it to be a non issue.

While I think the people pursuing this are right about the issue, I think it’s a huge waste of time. No one in power will acknowledge this, NO ONE.

Well, Hussein the Magnificent can start by breaking free of the "essential constraints" of living in this Republic and haul his butt back to Indonesia.

Did you hear the jerk filling in for Rush yesterday? He kept repeating that the SCOTUS case had no chance, but never bothered to give even the slightest of reason for his opinion. No facts, no logic, just throwing cold water on the thing.

He is, as Rummy would say, “not helpful.”

Rush would do well to either stay well or take less time off, or perhaps find some new subs. Mark Davis is a poor replacement for Rush.

I heard him yesterday and shut it off.

He was lame, but at least the Birth Certificate story got onto national air. Somebody is going to pay dearly for letting those callers get through.

Given his associations with known Marxists and his Ivy League education, I wonder whether he sees himself as a Hegelian "world-historical figure," free to transcend the limitations of good and evil, like a Nietszchean "superman."

Mark Davis is the “windsock of Dallas.” Whichever way the wind is blowing, that is his take on things.

That creep is the idol of the RINO’s here in Dallas. I have not been able to listen to him in about three years.

I thought it had turned into a “Obama really isn’t that bad, look, he is picking a great Cabinet!” fest.

I was a little confused because I usually like that guest.

I found this on the www.sunherald.com website; Truth about birth certificates • I would like to make a comment about a recently published letter to the editor. Birth certificate lawsuits should be newsworthy. The gentleman who wrote this article indicated a birth certificate had to be presented to apply for a driver's license, job, voter registration, etc. This is incorrect. It is inaccurate and inappropriate for the Sun Herald to print erroneous information that can be conceived as inflammatory. I am hoping you print this since you printed the other.

that can be conceived as inflammatory

Maybe, this is why the media is burying this story. Has the Obama "truth" goons gone around and intimidated all the various media outlets? Hannity's staff jokes about not wanting their real names released. Maybe, there is more to this humor than meets the eye?

“While I think the people pursuing this are right about the issue, I think it’s a huge waste of time. No one in power will acknowledge this, NO ONE.”

They assume conservatives won’t riot. Wrong assumption.
The Constitution is worth the 225 years of personal sacrifice and we shall defend it with force no questions asked. The military majority is on our side too.
Unfortunately the physical removal of complicit government officials is also necessary as defined in the Constitution so THE PEOPLE HAVE THAT RIGHT!

When did that happen? I don't recall hearing about that and I have been following this story since it broke.

While I think the people pursuing this are right about the issue, I think it’s a huge waste of time. No one in power will acknowledge this, NO ONE.

Still, the issue is useful so that we can know exactly where we stand. Some folks still think the US Constitution is actually in effect. Between Hillary becoming Secretary of State, and Obama going to the White House with his eligibility unproven, these incidents verify for us that we no longer have a Constitution. It's a government of Men, not laws. We have become serfs.

Natural Born Citizen McCain, Colero Also Challenged Denofrio Vs. Wells Barack Obama, Birth Certificate, Citizenship Questions Justice Clarence Thomas: Distributed Leo C. Denofrio’s renewed application For Conference on December 5

Beginning in October, Denofrio made his way up through the ranks of the courts until his constitutional question as to the meaning of “natural born citizen” reached the Supreme Court.

He submitted an application for an emergency stay to prohibit the use of what he called “defective ballots” in the state of New Jersey because they contained ineligible candidates for the office of President of the United States, and asked that the court order New Jersey Secretary of State (SOS) Nina Mitchell Wells to remove the names of Republican candidate John McCain, Democratic candidate Barack Obama and Socialist Workers Party candidate Roger Calero from New Jersey ballots.

According to Denofrio, the three candidates are not “natural born citizens,” as required by the Constitution to hold the office of President of the United States.

Denofrio also quotes a section from the U.S. Department of State’s Foreign Affairs Manual, which states, “Despite widespread popular belief, U.S. military installations abroad and U.S. diplomatic facilities are not part of the United States within the meaning of the 14th Amendment. A child born on the premises of such a facility is not subject to U.S. jurisdiction and does not acquire U.S. citizenship by reason of birth.”

“The Foreign Affairs Manual also addresses the issue of eligibility for president as such: “It has never been determined definitively by a court whether a person who acquired U.S. citizenship by birth abroad to U.S. citizens is a natural born citizen within the meaning of Article II of the Constitution and, therefore, eligible for the Presidency.”

Denofrio cites 8 USC 1402(a): that McCain may claim his citizenship because of the statute. But does that make McCain a “natural born citizen”?

Denofrio states, “McCain is in the class of citizens who obtain their citizenship at birth, but not from the Constitution, but rather federal statute.”

...had the U.S. legislature intended to grant ‘natural born citizen’ status to all who were born on U.S. soil, then the 14th Amendment would contain the words ‘natural born citizen,’ but it doesn’t … McCain was born in Panama. Panama is not considered U.S. soil, nor has it ever been considered as such.”

The Naturalization Act of 1790 stated, “… the children of citizens of the United States that may be born beyond Sea, or out of the limits of the United States, shall be considered as natural born Citizens …”

However, Denofrio points out the Naturalization Act of 1795 specifically repealed the 1790 act and replaced it with the same clause except with the words “natural born” deleted. Denofrio states McCain was born in Panama, Calero was born in Nicaragua and Obama’s birthplace has not been verified.
