Some University of Colorado faculty members say theyre saddled by useless rules Good. Maybe they will develop some understanding of how American business feels about all the idiotic govt regulations that stifle their ability to compete in this world.

Tenure review is too onerous? No, it doesn't say that. It refers to Post-tenure review.
The AAUP believes the potential benefit of post-tenure review is little, while the costs are potentially great.
Note that post-tenure review is often a way to remove faculty with unpopular views, without having to go through special proceedings. Does anyone think such a system would protect the rights of conservatives?!
