Yes this is true and it will be said that the Bush clan was no different but they were. Pres Bush the elder had govt positions but Pres Bush JR was a gov and then went to the national level. Jeb is now considering a run for Senate in the next round.
I think this keeping the seat warm idea is just wrong and sets the country up for a faux monarchy of sorts..with all the big players from the past constantly holding office and in this respect nothing ever will change for the benefit of the nation..just imagine, now we will have two little Marxist girls being groomed for the spots in public positions thanks to their father's election ( fraud that he may be...by the way did you see in the paper today that a Christmas holiday in his “ native Hawaii” is being planned)..God save us.

Yes, it is of course common and probably natural for offspring to aspire to and have a leg up on their parents’ line of work. The result for our governance, however, is just short of appalling.
