The belief that I am not trying to uphold the Constitution because I believe this has zero chance of getting anywhere is fallacious thinking.

Very much as if I were pro-Clinton because I did not join in with the belief he would be convicted of impeachment....or when I was anti-American for not agreeing that Saddam was dead when he was most definitely not.

The reality of the situation, whether you or I like it or not, is that the USSC is not going to bar the first black President from taking office. Not going to happen.
