Well, I’m sure the citizens of Kansas feel comfortable knowing that somehow their goofball Leftist goobernor, K. Sebellius, will find a way to keep this economic development out of their state (as she has done before).
Did anyone consider Madison, Berkeley, Santa Monica, Portland, Seattle, Boulder, Detroit, Chapel Hill, Miami, or similar venues for this? One mistake and the big will be wind-borne all over the country.

There is already a federally financed animal disease lab in Ames, Iowa.
Isn’t this the replacement for Plum Island, NY?
But these labs will be more convenient for the former Gitmo prisoners to access when they are moved to Leavenworth.
