I’ve never gotten why people do this. I seriously doubt demonstrations will affect what the SC does.
I’ll be glad when we can get some pictures of the crowd at the Supreme Court building.

I agree that is won't affect the SC - - - BUT it might get the issue on the evening news. That would be a good thing!

Unfortunately, because Donofrio isn’t arguing the legitimacy of the birth certificate, but simply the dual citizenship and split loyalty issue, I doubt we’ll see any resolution to the birth certificate issue come out of this today. I have a feeling SCOTUS will simply go back to Article 1, Section 8 authorizing congress to define citizenship standards and dismiss Donofrio’s claim.
Too bad there is not a live feed from the steps.

My bet is that they will treat this will all the legal seriousness one shows when finding a dead hooker in bed in the morning. Lots of panicking, lots of calls to the right people who can make it go away, lots of trying to hide the evidence and lots of nonsensical denials when called to answer for it.
The MSM is trying to act like nothing is going on, but a big crowd might make people wonder about that.

The only court action the MSM will report on today is OJ’s sentancing.

My prediction — nothing will be going on because the court won’t take the case.
But I’ve certainly been wrong before. I also said there was no way Obama would take Virginia.
You may be correct. My thinking is that the SC knows that this is an issue that won't go away and that will only get worse if it is not addressed prior to Jan 20th. If they think like a chess player they will take on the case now.
Where are you hearing that?
