I’m not expecting any real substantial action on this but I wouldn’t be surprised to see the court strongly suggest that Obama clear this issue up.
There are other cases and if Zero doesn’t show the BC I think the court will take this up in a meaningfull way.

This is all so silly. Yeah they’re gonna look at it alright... for five minutes to issue a one page order saying case dismissed.

Gracesdad, we got it. You don’t think the Court is going to hear it. Neither does talk radio, the mainstream media or the professoriate.
Well what exactly do they expect with our government telling the country they’ll rewrite the mortgages for everyone who stops paying theirs? The news should be that 90% of the country haven’t taken the bait!
It's possible that the Court will announce this afternoon the cases for which it has granted cert. More likely, however, the Court will release a list on Monday of the cases in which it denied cert. Expect this one to be in Monday's list.
With Justice Thomas having reviewed this AND THEN asked for a hearing...yes, I do think there is something to this.
Yeah a hearing to dismiss it since there are wackos out there who keep filing this stupid thing in the court system wasting tax payers time and money.
What is Obama’s repsonsibility? I believe it is to make public the long form vaulted birth certificate. It is his duty to America. He won’t do it. That does not sit right with some Americans.

Obama supporters have anointed themselves the smartest people on the planet. For this whole Obama birth certificate thing to be true would mean the left would have to admit to being duped, and then ignorant participants in a cover-up. In other words, they would have to admit they were wrong, and most would thrown themselves off a building before doing so.
The media, mostly Obama supporters, clouded their judgment early on by their biased reporting of the primaries through the presidential campaign. IF they were objective, they would have locked on to this early on as they did with McCain. But because they balked at the story and were subsequently scooped by the blogs, their credibility is now hanging in the balance.
Until he produces a BC, I’ll pay, thanks.
My sister, born right here in the USA has a BC and COLB. He needs to produce the BC.

I believe that is correct ... but
The court will need some document proving that Obama's father is a citizen of Kenya or Donofrio has no case. Since the Birth Certificate (not the COLB) is the only document that would satisfy them it seems to me that the BC is still THE issue. But of course I'm not a lawyer nor a member of the Supremes.

The Justices are scheduled to hold a private conference this morning. Any grants of certiorari could be announced this afternoon, while all other orders are expected to be released on Monday.
