British Citizenship at birth was unquestionably something the Framers excluded by their use of the restrictor “Natural Born Citizen” in Article II.

Were it not excluded, there would have been no need for the specific grandfathering of those who were American Citizens at the time the Constitution was adopted.

The issue is NOT Obama's father's citizenship. it is WHERE Obama WAS BORN. Donofrio should concentrate on Obama's PLACE OF BIRTH, NOT HIS FATHER's CITIZENSHIP.

Father's citizenship is crucial to being natural born citizen 
This is why the first few Presidents who were born here as British subjects of British fathers were given an exception. The exception being that they were alive when the Constitution was ratified

Obama was born on US soil of a British subject father same as George Washington

If 10,000 people had marched on the Supreme Court Donofrio would get a fair hearing. At this point it's doubtful.
