Intro: Facts are so inconvenient to those brimming with intellectual dishonesty.

A favorite tactic of Communists, liberals and others on the left is using peer pressure-laced name-calling to try and marginalize those with whom they disagree. If they can successfully convince enough people that a particular viewpoint is held only by those on the fringes, as opposed to the mainstream, they believe they can successfully discredit that person as a crackpot.

They frequently brandish the labels Hitler, racist and extreme right-wing in their pathetic attempts to banish conservatives who believe in strict Constitutional interpretations to the extremities of the political spectrum. But, no matter how many people in this country --or elsewhere-- attack my efforts to protect and defend my Constitution, unless and until President-Elect Obama produces his original vault birth certificate for public scrutiny, he will be little more than a usurper; an illegitimate and impotent poseur. And no amount of name-calling, taunts or questions of sanity, patriotism or intelligence will change that fact. Those tactics only work on the weak-minded and those without the courage of their convictions.

As Americans, we pledge our loyalty to our nation and its founding principles, not to the politicians who’ve destroyed it by abandoning those principles and certainly not to our bloated, collapsing behemoth of a bureaucracy. What I and thousands of other Americans are asking for is not irrational. It is not extreme. It is not a burden. It is a non-negotiable requirement of our Constitution and a prerequisite of any constitutionally-elected president.

Don't kid yourself. Nobody cares enough in this country anymore for there to ever be a civil uprising over this, or anything else this out of control corrupt government does.

There should be masses protesting in front of federal buildings across the nation now, and everyday until this imposter steps down. There should have been massive protest over all the election fraud that has been getting worse and worse every election cycle, but nothing happens. not even simple, easy election reform rewuiring people to show photo id , or present a encoded SS card that is recorded when a person votes, which would prevent anyone from voting twice.

Those people who care for the law and Constitution of the nation - ensuring all our political procedures are carefully guarded and complied with.

People do care. Unfortunately though, not enough of them care enough to actually do anything about it. Here on FR and a few other internet sites we see what looks to us like a groundswell of opinion. We’re the choir and we take turns preaching the ‘word’ to the rest of us. Even those of us who pound our cyber-chests and wring our internet hands while merrily tapping out one carefully worded message (we wouldn’t want the feds to take us seriously, now would we?) after another will find something else to do when our neighbor gets raided by some alphabet-agency swat team.

As a country, we have passed the tipping point and our descent into socialism has progressed to the point where we can no longer stop it — not even with a full-scale civil war. We watched as Vicki Weaver was murdered. We watched as the Branch Davidians were incinerated. We watched as countless others were attacked, killed and/or imprisoned by a government gone mad. We were afraid to stand up and speak out when speaking out could have changed things. Now we’re afraid to fight becaue we know fighting won’t - can’t change anything either.

DONOFRIO APPLICATION DENIED - WROTNOWSKI APPLICATION STILL PENDING

My application was denied. The Honorable Court chose not to state why.

Wrotnowksi v. Connecticut Secretary of State is still pending as an emergency application resubmitted to the Honorable Associate Justice Antonin Scalia as of last Tuesday. I worked extensively on that application and it includes a more solid brief and a less treacherous lower Court procedural history.

After six days, it’s interesting that Scalia neither denied it nor referred it to the full Court.

My case may have suffered from the NJ Appellate Division Judge having incorrectly characterized my original suit as a “motion for leave to appeal” rather than the “direct appeal” that it actually was. On Dec 21 I filed official Judicial misconduct charges with the NJ Supreme Court Advisory Committee on Judicial Conduct, and I updated SCOTUS about that by a letter which is part of SCOTUS Docket as of Dec. 22. The NJ Appellate Divison official case file is fraudulent.

On the chance that SCOTUS was looking at both my case and Cort’s case, I must stress that Cort’s case does not have the same procedural hang up that mine does. It may be that without a decision on the Judicial misconduct allegation correcting the NJ Appellate Division case file, SCOTUS might have been in the position of not being able to hear my case as it would appear that my case was not before them on the proper procedural grounds.

I did file a direct appeal under the proper NJ Court rules, but the lower Court judge refused to acknowledge that and if his fraudulent docketing was used by SCOTUS they would have a solid procedural basis to throw mine out.

I don’t know if it’s significant that Cort’s case was not denied at the same time as mine. His case argues the same exact theory - that Obama is not a natural born citizen because he was a British citizen at birth.

All eyes should now be closely watching US Supreme Court Docket No. 08A469, Wrotnowski v. Bysiewicz.

If Cort’s application is also denied then the fat lady can sing. Until then, the same exact issue is before SCOTUS as was in my case. Cort’s application before SCOTUS incorporates all of the arguments and law in mine, but we improved on the arguments in Cort’s quite a bit as we had more time to prepare it.

I was in a rush to get mine to SCOTUS before election day, which I did do on Nov. 3.

Cort’s case has a much cleaner lower court procedural history.

I’m not trying to play with people’s minds here. SCOTUS has not updated Cort’s docket and until they do there can be no closure. I was expecting, if they didn’t grant certiorari, that they would deny both cases at the same time so as to provide closure to the underlying issue. I hate to read tea leaves, but Cort’s application is still pending. That’s all we can really say with any certainty.
