I won’t be wasting my time with a comment. Better to write it on a sheet of toilet paper and let it fly.

The best man for the job - if he would consider it - would be Dick Cheney. He has the business experience as CEO of a “mega” corporation, the political knowledge and acumen, and the no-nonsense attitude needed to set standards of performance and make them stick.
If anyone has a better candidate, I’d like to know. And if anybody knows of anyone LESS likely to be offered the job, I’d like to know that, as well.

DAMMIT! I’ve been building a little “retro” travel trailer to escape into the far country fishin’ and (gasp) huntin’ an’ I got me one o’ them fishin’ and huntin’ licenses too...
Oh well, I’ll illegally tow it with my 10 yr. old full sized p/u. At night. Without lights.

Here in my car
I feel safest of all
I can lock all my doors
It's the only way to live
In cars
Here in my car
I can only receive
I can listen to you
It keeps me stable for days
In cars
Here in my car
The image breaks down
Will you visit me please
If I open my door
In cars
Here in my car
I know I've started to think
About leaving tonight
Although nothing seems right
In cars
I know I've started to think
I know I've started to think

I'm not a big fan of "get the other guy" politics. Too often those laws we make to restrain others, end up getting used against us.
Drug law logic being used on smoking/fatty foods/firearms comes to mind.

This is just the beginning, though the basics for the downfall of the democracy/republic commenced decades ago. Indeed. It's all coming to fruition now with our new master.
Jefferson was right about the tree of liberty thingy, I'm wondering when "from time to time" part commences.

Flood the market with "green cars" while gas is selling for $1/gallon. Great idea. And all this, just to prevent alienating the unions. Do they really think the unions will go Republican?
Ugh. The Republicans better not vote for this. They can hang this one around the Democrats' necks.

In 2010, we won't even have a chioce of what kind of light bulb to purchase. New, no. But I expect the used cars and the stockpiled lightbulbs to outlast the Obamanation.
