Although I largely agree with the author’s writing, I did send an email and nit-pick one point.
The 20th was the first amendment to address a President elect’s failure to qualify and covers exactly what we are facing today. Further, 3 USC 15 sets out the precise method by which the Congress at its Jan 8 joint session, may object to and challenge the qualifications of the PE.
Our nation is not screwed (yet), we have a carefully thought out remedy.
What we need is for as many members of Congress as possible to show us they have some...
courage.

How is anyone challenging this in that forum going to get it past a majority Democrat Party who is going to insist on Obama... That ain’t gonna work... Just remember who is running the show now...
