I am sure she has enough money to buy the seat from Hillary...

“Representative Gary Ackerman, a Queens Democrat, said last week that he did not know what Ms. Kennedys qualifications were, except that she has name recognition but so does J. Lo.”

If appointed, Ms. Kennedy would fill the seat once held by her uncle, Robert F. Kennedy. And what of RFK's son? Isn't he the next "royal" in line?

Founding Founders, please all roll clockwise in your graves this time. We apologize; we know why you all fought the king, but the tories still love monarchies for some stupid reason.

Some RATS think of food stamps and Section 8 as their entitlement.
For others, it’s a Senate seat.
Same song, different player.

that would be my guess, they wouldn’t want Palin to have a chance.

If Caroline Kennedy were actually running for office, I'd say, “Mazel Tov” (although I wouldn't vote for her). But that she's asking to be appointed is a joke and the fact that the Dems will give her the seat is a bigger joke.

Two things. She is a member of the lucky sperm club and named Kennedy. Next question?

Robert Jr. is brain damaged by apparent drug use and had the misfortune to be on TV a few weeks ago. I thought he was going to start drooling...

Sounds like the name of an edgy punk band.

Is this legal? I mean are family members allowed to serve in the Senate concurrently?
