WASHINGTON, (AP) -- Supreme Court Justice Anthony Kennedy has rejected two more efforts to get the court to consider whether President-elect Barack Obama is eligible to take office.

Kennedy on Wednesday denied without comment an appeal by Philip J. Berg, a Pennsylvania attorney, that claims Obama is either a citizen of Kenya or Indonesia and is ineligible to be president . . .

You said — “The application was to stay the electoral college. You’ll notice docket 08-570, the case against Obama, has not been denied. None of the cases against Obama have been denied.”

They’re dead... LOL...

The Supreme Court knows that after January 20th, only Congress can act to impeach the President. They wait until then, consolidate them all and dismiss them all on the basis that only Congress has the power to impeach the President (and they don’t even have to consider one ounce of evidence..., just state the Constitutional law and “excuse themselves”...).

I guess you can’t see what is being “maneuvered” into position... :-)

What will happen later when we find out it's true, the Obamination was ineligible to serve ... what are these judges going to say then ?

Oops?

"Hawaiian officials have said they examined the document and have no doubt it is authentic."

and we all know that government officials would NEVER lie, don't we? This is "the document" that is being kept under lock and key, and has never been produced in a court of law. Under those circumstances (along with all the other reords being concealed by this fraud) a healthy skepticism is justified, whether the court hears one of the cases or not.

And from a legal point of view, Berg's case was dismissed based on lack of standing, not because of an adjudication on the merits of the case. For all we know, the SCOTUS denied cert because they dont see a basis to disturb that decision based on standing. we'll have to wait to see if Keyes' cases has a different outcome.

You said — “I see. Knowing that he is not qualified and defrauding the DNC and ultimately all of America isn’t wrong.”

There’s where you’ve made your mistake. You see..., you *do not* know — and thus, it’s the “process” that is wrong...

Answer: you have no legal way to know or prove it...

The Constitution is the law....it mandates the requirements to be POTUS....logic dictates that the burden of proof lies with zero in this case.....we do not need new laws....can you follow that?

And oh yeah, LOL

You said — “Then I ask you, yet again, what is your FReeping problem with those of us who are correcting the process?”

I haven’t seen anyone working to correct the process. I’ve only seen people trying to get rid of Obama, when they *can not say* that he’s disqualified....

Now..., on the other hand, if I saw that people were working with their own states and talking to the legislators about enacting a state law to the effect of vetting candidates, then I would say that they are working to correct the process. I’ve seen none of that here, on Free Republic...

I don’t see that the “proof” is required, only that he’s qualified. Now, if he and the party and the voting public all say that they agree with him, in that he said he was qualified — that pretty well answers it.

What this last election with Obama has shown is that it’s the *process* that is defective and wrong. That’s why the process must be corrected.

I don’t know why you can’t see that one...., that *yes* in this case of vetting a candidate, we do, indeed, need a law to that effect.

What happened to Alan Keye’s suit?

Its pending in a California Superior Court but its now moot since the California’s 55 Obama electors have already voted.

I suspect no much wil happen other than a pocket of protests...it wont be the first time that the constitution was trampled on.

what really needs to happen right now is for us conservatives to band together under one true conservative party and get a political revolution going full speed ahead.

There are masses of people on board. THEY are the ones who give a damn about the Constitution, which you apparently do not. And you have no idea how much time OR ability I have or don’t. But then, you don’t seem to be one to let facts get in the way.

They’re absolutely dead and decayed... after January 20th. A President can only be removed from office by being Impeached and then convicted...

yup.

Remember “Independence Day” when Jeff Goldblum got into the pilot seat and mistakenly put the craft in reverse instead of drive?

“Oops.”

It will not matter Ron... this Nation is on the fastrack to failure

Indeed it is. It amazes me though that so many here say we need to roll over and take it and I just don't get it.

As my tag line says, the tree is getting mighty dry.

You said — “There are masses of people on board.”

Obviously not the majority of the voters who voted Obama in office....

If you want certain principles to matter in politics, then you better get enough people on board to make a difference in poltics.

If you want certain principles to make a difference — ultimately — then you better wait for “Kingdom Come” and Jesus Christ to arrive here on earth...

You don't what's going on. You speculate and state it as fact.

Fact: docket 08-570 is still active case with the Supreme Court.

Fact: writ of certiorari for docket 08A524 is still active with the Supreme Court.

How much more broken can our government get??

The SCOTUS is, essentially, refusing to do its Constitutionally chartered job. The POTUS is selectively deaf and the Congress has long since forgotten who employs it (We the People, for those who graduated from government schools!).

So, when do “We the People” begin taking our government back from the incompetent leftists who have hijacked it??

Good grief! Now you’re actually getting on track with what we are talking about here and it is NOT politics, elections, OR Bush and Cheney!
