As noted in the excerpt, this ballot cannot be cast for Coleman because the voter did not completely fill in the circle. So the canvassing board decided to award it to Coleman.
There are more outrageous examples of Rat fraud in the article.
Do you mean they awarded it to Franken? If so, there should be some penalty for such brazen fraud.
Oh, it’s easier to prove than that: since the voter supports traitor Keith Ellison, clearly any stray marks that happen to resemble a vote for Coleman were just planted by VRWC spies.
(Seriously, why would anyone continue to support Ellison?)
Looking at some of those ballot examples on the linked page you can see that it’s out and out fraud.
“It’s not who votes that counts, but who counts the votes.”

I’m not following you. Can you restate your problem with this particular ballot?
And THIS ONE has been determined to be for Franken!
Pics didn’t show up.
It’s abundantly clear from this article that the Senate seat has been stolen. Just what Freepers have been saying since the election. Disgusting.
That ballot was decided by the canvassing board to be a vote for Franken although it was a clear vote for Coleman.....reason given is “no dup”, whatever that means.
Yeah, I went to the link and read the article so I understand now. Zakeet said it was a vote for Coleman.
How that can be a vote for Franken can only be determined by finding out how much the canvasing board is being payed to cheat or what cushy office they’ve been promised.
If the RINO party doesn’t fight this they get what they deserve.
Yet, there are a number of cases where the exact same markings for Franken were decided by the Canvassing Board to result in votes for Franken.
But to make the case even more strange, given this rule, what should the board decide when the oval is filled in for Coleman, but the Franken space is marked with an X? The board ruled that the vote is for Franken.
Nor can Coleman even win when there is an oval filled in for Coleman and the Constitution Party candidate receives an X. In that case, the board determined the support went to other/no one.
But if you have an oval filled in for Franken and the Independence Party candidate receives an oval with an X, the vote is given to Franken.
Boycott Minn. Maybe a huge drop in tourist dollars might clue these goofballs.
and another for "other/no one"...clearly

Well we must consider voter intent. Voters INTENDED for a Red Pinko Treasonous Doofus comedian from a crooked broadcast network to get an elected office. Regardless of WHAT oval they filled in, that was clearly the intent. < /s >
The officials who made this call should be required to explain this to the public, under sworn testimony, with cross examination.
So if someone draws an X through your vote IN ONLY ONE RACE, they can invalidate your ballot?
So good they use paper ballots and not some complicated computer box.
Typo, article says that ballot was awarded to FRANKEN.
