Obama staff had no corrupt contact with embattled governor, report says

Craig's assertions that the transition team was unaware of Blagojevich's efforts to sell off Obama's old seat do not correspond to the transcripts of wiretapped conversations released by the FBI two weeks ago in which the governor repeatedly swears and expresses frustration in his attempts to strike a deal on the Senate seat.

Where are those FBI tapes gonna go after inauguration?
Into the furnace, that's where.
Where are Rezko and Blagojevich gonna go after inauguration?
Into Davy Jones' locker, that's where.
Sheesh, what a scary four years this is gonna be.

Nixon's internal investigation report said much the same... maybe nothing will come of this... but perjury is the Fed's most cherished charge.

It is more likely that they will languish for a while, there will be little or no jail for Rezko and Blago will stay Governor as long as he keeps his mouth shut. The FBI tapes have already been forgotten, by the same electorate, as illuminated by Zogby, who observed that The Republicans controlled Congress for the past two years and McCain attained his Senate seat by disqualifying his competition.
The fix was in long ago, and Fitzgerald is is a pivotal cog. It is all about money, and much of that is likely to come from The Middle East, as for Clinton's library. The home run hit by the Democrats will insure that nothing they do will result in convictions. They do, however, risk civil unrest as a result of their stifling of capitalism with our economy foundering. Their media, so enabled by McCain Feingold, is disappearing into bankruptcy. It remains to be seen whether a domestic police force can keep the peace, but Obama showed his hand, and no one cared, so we can expect Obama’s foot soldiers. Will they wear brown shirts, or green ones?

This report was made by Greg Craig, who’s on his cabinet team as White House Counsel. “Head Rat innocent of stealing cheese” claims fat rat over his cheese and crackers dinner.

Oh that Craig guy is one to trust. Sure. Isn’t he the one that put Elian back in the hands of the enemy?
He strikes me as a guy who is anything but a good guy. He has no respect for authority or rules; and probably no respect for himself.

The way I see it, Blago thought all his past association with BO was going to get him a fat deal on the vacant seat by putting someone in there that BO wanted. He obviously hasn’t been paying attention to the fact that BO throws everyone under the bus once he no longer needs them. BO’s team was smart enough to not make a deal, hence the swearing and frustration by Blago. It still doesn’t excuse BO for not going to the authorities himself to turn this guy in.

Oh, come on. It’s Odumbo’s own internal “investigation.” It is wholly void of objectivity. It’s akin to Al Capone saying “I heard the feds had some questions about my taxes. I had my staff look into it and everything’s okay. Now leave me alone.”

Brown, green; it doesn’t matter. They will be easily identifiable. And when the stormtroopers start their ramoage, the color of their shirts will aid in target acquisition.

The military takes their oath to the Constitution, not to the president or his or her administration. At least one half of the military will side with the People.

Sad but true.
Fitzgerald stopped the investigation before it dragged the little zer0 down the sink hole.
Hell, Blago won't do any time, and he may even keep the governorship.

However, Emanuel detected no attempts by the governor to extract benefit, Craig said. "There was no reason for Rahm to expect that there was anything going on - at least with him - and he knew of no other effort to negotiate a quid pro quo," said Craig, Yea Mr Cragie and the moon is made of cheese too!

I'm sure I don't know.
Fitz spewed all over the MSM about Scooter Libbey, as he did Blago. The only difference will be that Blago will ride away from this, where Libbey was convicted of forgetting a conversation.
Fitz knew who the leaker was all along in that sham Libbey trial.

I know I'm getting sick of the RATS corruption and criminality and their never being held accountable.
They're in the process of stealing another election in MN. I'm ready to march on MN.

"the transition team was unaware of Blagojevich's efforts to sell off Obama's old seat"This is what will come back to bite them. I thought that maybe they had ratted Blago out. That would have given them cover. I think denying knowledge of pay for play altogether will be refuted in the tapes and by email and by testimony.

I’d love to do it. I’m so sick of being walked on by RATS and the MSM. I’m not that far, either. Remember all the demonstrations during the FL recount when the RATS were attempting to steal the election? Republicans rose up then and by golly we need to do more of it.
