Kissing is not sex.
Also by law, if she wasn't a teacher this would be completely legal.
Dakota County Attorney's office Tuesday with three felony counts of fourth-degree criminal sexual conduct and freed on $10,000 bail,
Pretty serious charges (felonies) for kissing someone
But, I'm sure there is more than meets the eye here
