It’s a health law thing, I’m sure. It would be considered medical waste, and there’s probably only specified ways in which it can be used and otherwise must be disposed of as a biohazard. Certainly a good rule in general, I doubt that there was any particular hazard here.

Course, what do they do with the biohazard waste, they INCINERATE it! This guy could probably use that as the basis of his defense.
